Cape kiwanda was always one of our favorite family spots. Alas our four boys are all grown up making their own family memories. 19 grandkids and one great grand on the way. Time marches on.

I just found your channel while pet sitting in Monmouth, Oregon. When I get home I will start sharing your adventures with my husband. We live in the coastal hills outside of Willamina, and watching you with your family at Cape Kiwanda brought back memories of homeschooling. Every few weeks we would finish school early and head over to Pacific City. I would read to the kids, then PE was climbing the sand dune. Looking forward to starting at the beginning of your videos.

In this episode, as usual, you talk interestingly about low-carbohydrate eating, bravo is the right direction. I have been eating this way for two years, but I moved on because I use intermittent fasting, I completely gave up sugar and I eat it once a day (OMAD). Thanks to this, I got rid of the diseases that tormented me in recent years, i.e. insulin resistance, hypertension and fatty liver disease, and I am healthy. I don't have to take medicine anymore!!! We eat alike, it's also something that unites us. I wish you health and elimination of carbohydrates!!!😍🤩😘👍👍

I love this video. I was so excited to see Sisters, OR. I am an avid quilter so Sisters is a place we call our Home Land. Everything about this road trip was fun to watch. The family gatherings hit my heart hard. When Pete said that he and Carol were a little sad about being at the Oregon coast without the kids, I was feeling the emotion. When I saw Worsley headed out the gate of the farm I felt sadness. It was like when I would leave my sister's ranch. Such beauty.

Roasting the pig reminded me when my oldest brother used to roast one at Christmas. It was delicious, he sure knew how to prepare it! It was very special moments fir the whole family. He passed away in 2017 as well as my mom and my youngest brother. Yes, we lost the three of them on the same year and only five months apart. God needed special angels, so HE took them. I'm sohappy for you, dear hearts. There's nothing like the family. God bless you, have fun and be safe!!!
