It's Nice trying new Food and Drinks I enjoyed watching. I had went to Diwali Nagar in 1986 or 87 I remember they was roasting began and tomatoes for choka which was amazing. Very different now

Yeah what the lady said is true, what she showed as galab jamun is what the actual Indian version is. Being here in Canada 🇨🇦 it’s what I always knew as galab jamun, I was surprised to find out Trini’s had a different version that reminds me of a big korma. With the Rasmalai as well, it’s different here from what’s in Trinidad. Here in Canada those big samosas are known as the Punjabi samosas, with potatoes and peas. My favourite pakora is the fish one. Halwa is good there are different versions, I like the ones made from grated carrots.

Thanks for the review guys! Kashmiri Chaiwala is the chai bar in the My Beach, My Water store! And yep the sauce was infused with tamarind! Love that our pakoras are the hit of the nagar! And they can be done air fried as well! We’ll take that 10!

So happy to see you Kevin!! That means Dad is doing well🥰 oh gosh Vedesh head for the food court 1st. I know we in Trinidad call the sweets by different names ...I am aware of the correct names btw. Wow I can't believe the Nagar so deserted..😲 To tell you the truth I don't like "false" meat...I prefer real veggie dishes or tofu or paneer.
Great video as usual, however, it's sad to see what COVID has reduced the Divali Nagar too, hopefully, things return to some sense of normalcy soon.
