Lord only you know the burdens I face as a single mom. Father I’m in need of your guidance and support. I’m losing hope. Both of my sons are special needs and require so much from me. I’m overwhelmed at times. Jesus I need your help providing for my children so that they may have all they need. Lord I’m constantly struggling each month to pay rent and I struggle to buy groceries, for my sons I’m ashamed. Hear my prayers Lord please give me the strength to overcome these obstacles. Amen. ❤️

Praise the LORD, I'm praying for you. I'm living in a sober living place and I'm 8 months sober. I have been diagnosed wit congestive heart failure, 4th stage kidney failure and I have multiple myeloma that is bone marrow cancer. Diagnosed with at3 the same day. I'm in dialysis and I'm doing chemo. I don't know what but GOD got me going through this for a witness to someone. Just letting you know I love you but GOD loves you best.AMEN

Father God, I am on empty and have been for a while. I give all I have to everyone else. My husband, kids, mom,sister,patients at two clinics, co-workers the list goes on and on. I have nothing to refill myself up with. I need your help Father God. My home is supposed to be my refuge it is not. The apartment complex community that my family lives in is noisy and unsafe. You are very limited on what you can do. The adults are treated like children. The children are not allowed to play and have fun. The joy in my life that I desperately need is not available there. My husband and I want to move into our own house. Have been praying for years help us Father have choices that are reasonable price and are furnished. Touch the hearts of the people selling the houses. Grant us favor in this situation help us move in a quiet loving community. Refill my spirit, my faith, my heart, my everything. Help me feel whole and myself again. Amen!❤🎉😊

It is true being depleted the only thing to do is refresh. we are physical emotional beings. caring for oneself is respectful and good example for others. and when God asks you to give we have enough for others and love them not resent.

I woke up today NEEDING to hear this so much. My best quality and biggest flaw is pouring into EVERYTHING and EVERYONE all the time. Then I turn around and am hurt and broken when others don't pour into me the same way and completely depleted bc I've given so much of me away. As a mom this is always a struggle. If I'm not ALWAYS being super.... supermom, superfriend, superworker, superdaughter, etc I feel like I'm not doing my best and people will think less of me. I'm 40 now, and learning how to take care of me as much as I can. It is a hard habit to learn esp for people wired like myself but I am seeing it is absolutely a need and not a want. If we are not healthy and good within ourselves we can't truly be our best for anyone else. Please God let this video and these words reach anyone that needs to hear it. Amen.
