My dad passed away on the 8th of April. The 29th day of Ramadan. While on his Death bed, he kept on reciting Ayatul Kursi till he passed. His death was peaceful. Before he was cleaned and buried, my dad had a sweet smell, so sweet it reminded me of sweet candy. May ALLAH forgive him for all his sins and my His good deeds brighten his grave. Please help.make dua for my dear father.

Today when I was praying, I got very dizzy and almost lost consciousness. However, thanks to Allah Subhnah Wa Ta'la, I got better after a few seconds, and was able to continue my prayer. But this got me thinking that one day, death will come, and it is scary. I am so excited to see my lord, and I know he is the most merciful, but I really want to be a better person when I stand in front of him.
Never forget death, my brothers and sisters, it is scary and it can suddenly come, even if you are young! Do not dismiss your religion, pray, fast, and do your best to be a good human, I swear this life is full of hardships, and obviously whilst we must try to contribute positively in society, and make the best out of our life, we should never love this world too much. At the end of the day, do not forget that we are being tested, so do prepare properly.
May Allah guide every single one of you and forgive all of your sins. Say "AstagfiruAllah" from heart, and know that Allah is the most merciful. Be sincere to Allah, he knows everything.

Muslims, remember to always defend Allah and His messenger whenever you encounter someone making negative comments or misunderstanding Islam. Speak the truth and disagree with them, even if they hate you, hurt your feelings, or you think they won't listen. Do not waste that moment, as caring only about yourself won't benefit you much.

This is lovely. I'm just starting to learn about Islam and i like it a lot.
That's a good start in the right direction, start by working on yourself and fixing your shortcomings gradually and mainly build your relationship with Allah (S.W.T). Talk with Him, ask Him always to guide you to the true path. Don't waste anytime, life is shorter than we comprehend. Prayer, prayer, prayer! It's our main line of communication with Allah, and as long as you are sincere with Him, He will make it easy for you inshaAllah.
If you have any questions about islam go to your local mosque and ask
Don't keep the questions within yourself ask and get the answer
Because if your question is not answered and you accept islam and become Muslim Allah forbid that question might lead you astray
So don't be shy because Islam Has all the answers.
I'll tell you if you learning about be aware that there people who speak lies about islam so don't let be a obstacle for islam and hasten towards converting because I promise you won't regret it.

When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for 3 things:
1. Sadaqa Jariyah (Continuous Charity)
2. Knowledge which will benefit others
3. A righteous child who prays for him."

Some ways to earn good deeds
even after death.
1. Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Every time they read from it, you gain.
2. Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it, you gain.
3. Teach someone to recite a Dua.
4. Share a Qur'anic CD.
5. Participate in building a Mosque.
6. Place a water cooler/ well in a public place.
7. Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or animal sits in its shade or eats from it.
8. And the easiest of all, share this message with people. Even if one
person applies any of the above,
you gain.
