I'm the same - it completely took my by surprise, despite the previews - at one point I even thought Ziva was going to get hurt by standing in front of the car >.< I liked that part of the ep too - especially when Tony asked "Who did this?", it sounded so dark, as if he was already planning something, or at least wanting to. A very emotional episode, indeed! I, personally, cannot wait for the follow-up next week! :3
This made me cry and this is well done! They have had such a hard relationship and he seemed to want to right it! I can not watch this without tears! P.S I would be forever grateful if someone would give me either the Artist of this song....I have not found it by title! Sad video but well put together!

As much as I was expecting Eli to die in this episode after seeing the preview last week. it was still a very sad scene and a very sad episode. Some things happend that I wasn't expecting at all. However, one thing I did like about this scene was the look on McGee, Gibbs and Tony's faces....especially Tony's it was like..."Ziva is in pain, when are we leaving to go find the jokers who did this? They will be dead before weeks end." Get ready for payback episodes ladies and gentlemen!
poor Ziva I would have loved to see Gibbs beat the Sh!t out of Eli I mean what type of father lets there daughter take the mission to kill her half brother knowing she saw her younger die, sends someone he knows she care for to seduce his daughter when she grieving sends her on a mission when she caught , does not send anyone to find her then sends someone to burn her for a marines murder so she has not choice but to go back to him and then he tells Leon Gibbs is a thief taking away his daughter if I where Gibbs I would have grabbed the phone and said HA BASTARD I DIDN'T TAKE YOUR DAUGHTER YOU DROVE HER AWAY

Her acting was pretty good, and although Eli wasn't a great man, he was trying and was Ziva's only close relative, so this is a big deal
