I have seen many of your videos and am impressed with the renovation work of these talented and courageous people. But I always ask myself the same question: why don't they install any roof insulation. On this video we see a snowy episode at the beginning and therefore it must be cold in winter. Just bamboo lathing shouldn't keep the house warm. Someone could explain this?
they not only have a roof that is not insulated, they have no heating at all and the door is just boards, also not insulated in any way. I have noticed this feature for a long time. Maybe not accepted. When you look at repairs in the city, they make a warm floor there.
I love the barn door he crafted from scrap wood. I so wish I was capable of the Asian squat. I could get so much more done. Alas, I'm an old fat white lady.
