Remembering when I was very young working in cosmetics, a lady walked in looked at me and loudly said hey you got a crazy eye (sometimes my eye lid droops), I looked at her and said I know, and I don't know why, which she just stared for a moment and walked away. In my head, I was well aware of my droopy lid, and I innocently agreed without getting my Hackles up. I have chosen to live my life with introspection, so I'm almost always cognizant of my flaws and things I need to work on, so if someone else points something out, (even to be judgemental or just mean), I say yes I'm working on that, or if it isn't true, I kindly explain why. Through the years I find that compassion is key.
