Do you ever load and shoot anything other than 210’s in a 30 Nosler?!
Dear Sir - the Berger 210g has set three world records! But, we have also built some 30 Nosler's for the 245g.
Can you just buy a bolt with a huge diameter head?

The escutcheon is to protect the stock from screw when removing and reinstalling the action.
OK, yeah, this makes a lot of sense. Then this is probably the primary reason why you need to have some press fit friction to keep it from turning.
