The map is not 100% indeed, there should be 2 blocks before the Pharmacy (Bomb's Burgers and a Bank, you can see that in the Main Street file at the media gallery), plus I think the Garage Hangout was misplaced and should be on that black house near New Town.
I'm a DBD player and I love the lore. You should take a look at Sable Ward's story on DBD wiki. Her story could be related to 2 things in Frank Stone:
1. Movie theater. Sable went to one and that's how she entered the Entity's world.
2. Person with no eyes. Did you see the woman with black holes in her eyes during the second trailer? In Sable's story, she mentions a girl went crazy and took her own eyes out.
This goes deeper in the lore, but I believe the mill is an Overlap, a place where the Entity's world bleeds out sometimes, making it possible so people can get in... or killers can get out. How did Frank Stone know about the Entity? (He did draw it.) Could be related to the Black Vale.
