    Mental health is a state of well-being that affects how people think, feel, and act. It's important at every stage of life, from childhood to adulthood. Having mental health issue does not mean you are crazy, but it's catering to your emotional. psychological, and social well-being. Having a therapist helps people with coping with your day to day living, coping with stress, depression, anxiety, how to relate to others, and making healthy choices for your life. I am 100% for going and encouraging other to see a therapist if needs be. Some in our community does not take it serious but its real. Take care of your mental health.
    There is no harm in going.....try it!

    I really enjoyed this interview… There are so many people who are struggling with mental health issues and we don’t even realize. It is important for us to understand that mental issues carries many different forms and faces… I like the idea of always having an accountability partner because all people are at risk ! #MentalHealth #MenatalHealthMatters #MenatlHealthAwareness
