I enjoy making Japanese curry with Okasan (mom in Japanese for those that don’t know this word) when I visit my parents. They are a few hours away from me - they live in California and I live in Nevada.
I never get tired of learning about Japanese cooking or culture! Love your videos and enthusiasm! 😃

My roommate and I cooked Japanese curry together in the US. This time I would be happy if I could enjoy curry cooking while chatting with viewers.

This was fun, Haruna! The curry looked so good! I've eaten curry often, but not Japanese curry. Mostly Indian, African, or Middle Eastern styles. Publix is the grocery store where most people in Florida shop. I actually work at one. They have an international section where you might find some Japanese foods from home. Thank you for sharing this video with us. 😊🇯🇵

I'm British and live in the UK. It can be quite challenging to find genuine Japanese products here.. Most "Japanese" products here are made around Europe.. Even our Asahi beer is brewed in Rome, Italy... I think it's something to do with Japanese export laws or something. However, there is a small selection of genuine Japanese products here, and S&B Curry is one of those products!
I always have a normal one and a hot one in the cupboard. A simple but really delicious meal! It was fun watching you both cook curry. Thank you for sharing!
    Love from the UK

Sorry I missed this live. I even had a reminder. I've been wanting to learn how to make Japanese curry. Also thank you for the discussion of the difference between how we express ourselves and your expectations. I wonder about this a lot living in Japan. What do people think? I like these opinions you both share and hearing about your experiences. It is very different, isn't it? I'm always happy and surprised when a cashier here speaks to me beyond just our transaction. Sometimes it's in English, sometimes not. Either way it always brightens my day! Great video! I learned so much!

Omg……your comment made me impressed. Thank you for the notification about my premier. Even though we could not chat at that time. I'm so grateful that you watched the video after that.
Yes. The video is about how to cook Curry but we talked a lot about American culture. Is it interesting for you??? Each country has its own culture so we enjoyed the cultural differences ☺️☺️

I'm glad! Yes, I'm very interested in learning about Japanese culture but I love also hearing what you think about American culture. I love the differences but sometimes things are similar, too, and that's fun! You make awesome videos.@@harunachanneljapanesegirl
