    That is very amazing and wow and I wish to click double like! Also, it was very quick with the less time and save lots of gasoline too.

    As he pulls out of the garage, you almost have to kick yourself (Why didn't I think of that) or buy the Man a Beer. You can see the shovel tossed aside as he must have said enough is enough when it comes to that heavy wet snow. The family in the end is what it's all about; stay safe and thanks for sharing.

    Cool idea! After the initial pass it seems like half of the V plow isnt needed anymore. Did you ever consider just a ramp that pushes all the snow to one side?

    Nicely done and the only reason this works is the track "wheels" as there is not much slip from pushing anything not heavy. If the snow buildup from the original push gets too heavy then you will lose traction from regular wheels... even these track "wheels". Nice idea.

    Well, it wasn’t a-necessity but one mother of invention.

    Why is the link for the build / setup private?? I’m interested in finding out more.

    How do you keep the left handle down?

  • @robb1165
    @robb1165 Před 2 lety

    You could leave the center open running the auger and move the plow back and out. That would give you another 28 inches and maybe do the whole drive in one trip down and back.

    Just curious as to why you tried this? Is it faster and more efficient than using the blower? Quite impressed with how well it seems to work

    • @saratogafirewood
      @saratogafirewood  Před 3 lety +1

      yes faster cleaner big time 1hr vs 20 min for 700 feet its 60'' vs 28'' plus the ager not in use what normally wearing faster

    That`s a great little modification you made there! Just wondering can you snowblow at that speed because all the Honda videos I see, they all seem to blow snow at a much slower speed? I know 1 pass with the plow is more than 2 passes with the blower but I am curious as to how fast can the Honda throw the snow.

    Can you do another video with rough plow dimensions and how you attached it to the blower?

    You should make it be able to flip one of the wings to either side to when you done with the first pass you can do the second pass quicker

    • @shannonp4037
      @shannonp4037 Před 2 lety

      I was thinking a heavy duty hinge in the middle and a long flip up/down 2x6 on one side. Up when in V and down to angle to 1 side. Or it could have both, 1 on each side.

    You turned your snowblower into a snowplower.

    I am unsure why you want to plow snow with a snowblower? I just read an article about a guy that put an LS gas engine into a Tesla.

  • @JoeSmith-ln9rh

    Why would you do this with a snowblower, especially such an expensive one. Snow isn’t that deep, you could just snowblow it just as easily...

    You have a Honda, why just not throw the snow into the neighbor's yard?
