Ok seriously, this is great stuff. I bought Opposite Gods (I believe Emusic still carries it) and highly recommend it. This sounds like it's in a similar vein, which is a good thing. I remember Tod from his Ace days when I was a kid, and honestly his voice hasn't lost a thing.He knows how to craft a good melody as well as anyone.

Is it me or does this sound like the beginning of this song picks up where the instrumental that closes out Opposite Gods left off? He could almost start off a new album with this and have continuity betweent he two. Or B) I'm reading too much into it ;-)

It would be nice if they simply kept the 80s basics (hooking rhythm guitars, memorable leads, driving bass, kickin' drums, and interesting short story song ideas), but they have the right to play whatever they want/like. Even if some say it sounds like grunge, that's preferable to the repetitive hip hop and non hooky, non melodic numetal shit that's permeated the scene for far too long now.

Bad ass video and song. It's kind of got a Alice in Chains groove. Ace is Ace but I'm saying Howarth is a much better guitar slinger and songwriter than Frehley.
