Fast slide down ladders.
Rest to Auto Save.
Press Touchpad to whistle to BB while resting (BB will dance in capsule).
Unload and Load Cargo fast by holding Triangle.
Another way to unload cargo fast is to swap with a human cargo (press Triangle).

Get your black Sam body to should by pressing touchpad in the Seam (Repatriate mode).
Play with force field by holding Square button while in the Seam (and meet black BB).
Replenish Cryptobiotes at a land coral or mushroom patch by throwing EX Grenade No. 1 on them (or urinate on them).
Go across chasms by putting two ladders next to each other and driving a motorcycle across them.
Cause voidout by putting a human cargo next to BT.

if you hit the NPC Porters with a vehicle or punch them you lose some likes if you knock them out you lose a lot of likes just save before doing it

I love the NPC porters. They’re like puppies! I accidentally hit one and it docked 100 likes and started to shiver in terror. I was so heart broken that I load the game.
I hit one once with my bike coming up from the ramp from one of the knots 😭
I shot one when fighting mules
Still regret it
I built a timefall shelter and later saw 3 porters sitting under it. I will maintain that shelter forever.
I ran one porter over thinking it's mule during my early game 💀... Then he just laid there for couple of hours and I just ran him over again to "finish" him 😅...completely forgot I just can't be killing people because of the void outs...so yeah...felt super bad when I finally realized who I ran over 😂. Poor lad 😫
About usefull stuff; some stations give you chiral versions and other usefull items:
-chiral artist gives you chiral boots (super durable)
-scrap dealer gives chiral ladder
-mountain climber gives chiral rope anchors
-dokter gives 1 liter blood bags
They give it as a bonus after delivering orders when upgraded to a certain level (3 or 4), unload 1 order, deliver first, deliver second separate to get 2 reward items. But it has to be legend or higest score of delivery yet; doesn’t always work not exactly sure why.
Other usefull designs:
-cosplayer has extra blood bag pouch
-collector has raincover for pack (super usefull for high ratings)
-station north west on central map has extra pack batteries (life saver!)
-oh yeah, Otter hat from cosplayer🦦😂
-mouth harmonic from musician to whistle BB’s tune in a different way
Pack charms:
-weather charm: weatherstation for less rain
-dollar charm: spiritualist for more chiral crystals
-cryptobiote charm: heartman cryptobytes scare much less of you
-porter charm from veteran porter to see npc-porters on map
-bell charm against BT’s from Novelist
-Monster can charm for less stamina drain from first prepper, also has Santa’s hat, but not sure what it does, probably cometics only.
Everything on the pack can be customized in a saferoom, when you finish the game you can also change Sam’s uniform color (colors you need to unlock by leveling up)
-timefall farm gives timefall porter for your safehouse after a certain delivery mission, the farm also has upgrades for odradek like people scanner and holographic generator. And here you find the deliveries for the pizza guy!
-pizza guy! (North of craftsman) gives lvl4 gun design (silenced, scoped, multi ammo & multi grenade launcher, all in 1!!)
-obviously other stations have other weapon and vehicle designs, they also give special resources as extra rewards like lighter metals or high density resins (same but easier to carry).
If you want to level up a location (or going for 100%) you need to find locations with deliveries to that location. Sometimes, to level up, you will just need to spend some time and try again, as there seems to be an added time factor besides the xp to level-up, to show for an “extra layer of doubt of the preppers towards bridges” or something.. Like with the Novelist and First prepper. The higher level a location is the more resources they wil generate, contributing first to your road, but more importantly: your zipline network. If you want to go for 100% this is what you need and it costs loads of chem and alloys to maintain, so get locations to 5* and before you’ll now you’ll be driving around with full trucks supplying your zipline. Or just load it on your back, you can easily overload, no harm done. You’ll walk slow but that doesn’t matter on a zipline;) (great tip for some of the timed deliveries, ziplines over trucks!) also ziplines; built them lvl1-lvl2-lvl1-lvl2-lvl1. The added distance from level 2 works both ways; easy way to increase distance, and don’t repair them; upgrading is cheaper!

though that being said, i never delivered the pizza to pizza guy 😅 so i only found out later in the game when i got a message from the "pizza guy" saying something about he was disappointed i never delivered his pizza 😂
Both Santa's Hat and Monster Can are obtained from the first prepper. BT Bell is from the Son of the Novelist.
Those two destinations are the most complicated to level up, tho.

If your vehicle is worn out by time fall, you don’t have to necessarily enter your private room to restore it, you can select the terminal > select Garage > change color > and the moment it comes back out with a different color the vehicle will be completely restored from time fall
To be clear, you don't have to change the color either. All that needs to happen is the vehicle needs to go into the garage at some point. Storing and retrieving it works too.
Yes, Hitodamakyrie is right. The vehicle has to go to the garage, so entering private room is one way to do it. The animation has to play anyways, so going into the private room is a good way to refresh Sam and the vehicle at the same time.

The transparent rocks are called a Cairn, they get bigger the more people rest there.

it's still pretty hard to read because the name only shows up just before the video transitions, but i can clearly make out a "b" at the start of the name

The pack cover you get from the collector is the most OP gear in the game. It protects against timefall deterioration as well as keeps gear on Sam I.e: mules can’t knock it off, falling can’t drop it, swimming can’t loose it and it comes in silver and chiral gold
The extra batteries, grenade and ammo pouches for the pack also very usefull. The custom weapons with grenade launcher from Higgs/pizza guy are also pretty OP, only weapon I use.
I got gold but idk how to change it..only the backpack but not the cover.
You can change it in any safehouse, the pack is located under the suit next to BB, press O to change.

Never do the tip #16. You cannot move cart while over water/tar. Which means you are stuck if you stop over deep water or tar.

9:40 One ladder is enough for the bike. Obviously it's a bit more perilous if you fail to drive straight.
You can load a cargo into a truck manually without opening cargo management, carry any cargo with holding L2 or R2 then stand at the rear of the truck and let go of the L2 or R2
In the menu when selecting items either to fabricate or to move, You can hold the [square] button and use the d-pad to quickly select multiple items.

#7 you can just store vehicle at the terminal and take it back out and it will still fix your vehicle without having to go to your room and skips cutscenes and loadscreens.
Haven't seen this posted anywhere yet. When engaging in hand to hand combat with mules you can slide kick them by sprinting and then pressing circle. Very satisfying to do.

Tip #7 can be improved: save time by changing vehicle's color scheme (this also repairs the vehicle). Obviously, you can only do this with your vehicles that were constructed by you.

u can use the sticky gun to take all the porters loot. it's not a hostile action and you won't be docked for it. they'll just run away or you can sneak up on them. also if you want to catch ungodly air just make sure you exit your vehicle just righ t before you land to walk out with minimal injuries and a still intact ride.
Your low battery levels on your skeleton annoys the heck out of me. I never ran into this problem...ever 😅

You can ride a bike across any single ladder, you do not need two side by side so save your time and your ladders, trust me.
The best item in the game is the floating carrier. You can ride it down hill and steep drops that would normally bust your knees. Press triggers to hit the breaks and square to peddle.
I hated the missions where you only had room to carry special cargo, like bringing cargo from one place to another, but not a person. I felt like when I went into BT territory I was screwed.
you can load the person on to a floating carrier and your guns on you.

5:47 - You should NOT go to the resting room! It's actually adviseable to sleep as little as possible, because sleeping advances time and ALL the structures, including your own, will degrade faster! It's enough to swap that vehicle with another one!
Good tip! Plus it’s actually pretty easy to drive a bike across a single ladder. And you can line up two from each side and meet in the middle to cover a large gap

im going through my second playthrough since i couldn't level up pizza guy (wink wink) properly to get the achievmente, these will be really useful, even more against the first nightmare
You can just store the vehicles in the garage and retrieve them for repairs, no need to go into the private room yourself.
Number 13 is the reason why I replayed the game with the online turned off this game is so much better without the cluster**** of signs and structures. A lot more challenging as well
I’m not planning on playing this game offline ever, but I agree that the signs and messages spawned in from other player can be pretty annoying!

You can definitely crash after a motorbike jump if you get enough air.
How did you bring your carrier on the ladder with you? It doesnt work for me. The cord stretches and it gets detached
There are two ways to get on ladders. First is to just walk up or down on them. Second way is to press Square first (Grab)
If the ladder is not too steep, then the carrier will remained linked
10:10 I did that accidentally using only one ladder (that was smooth)
Its quicker if you store your rusted bike into garage then take it out (you don't need to go to the private room but you'll have more clicking)

You only need one ladder to drive with a bike on it. Tested it before watching any vids & worked like a charm. U just have to be a little precise.

Why is nobody showing super jump with speed skeleton when you Sprint and hold x? Way better than double jump with other exo's.
The less cargo you have, the further you jump. Now I don't have to check for Red spots on the water, I can jump from one side to the other ahah

But you Can't change color until you have done many missions later. This method you can do right away even in the beginning of the game

Nothing will happen, most of the story missions don't allow for massive mess ups.
