So do you also wash with a cleanser? Or are you just using a primer on all clients?

Typically we’d only prime the lashes like in the video as most of our clients are in the good habit of using a lash cleanser on a regular basis at home. If the lashes looked particularly dirty we’d have the client wash her lashes at the sink using our foaming cleanser. We find this way is faster when they do it themselves and usually only happens once when they find out arriving with dirty lashes that need extra cleaning means they leave with less lashes applied.
