How to rename your photos, videos & PDFs on Android 13 or 14 phones

If you try to rename your photos and videos using google photos you will discover that the rename option does not exist.
Today i am going to show you how to rename your photos on Android 13 or 14 phones.
So to do this open files.
Locate the picture or video you want to rename for example i have a photo in images.
Now tap and hold the photo you would like rename
Then tap on the 3 dots on the top right side of the screen
Then tap rename
Now rename the photo, for example picture 1
Then tap ok
All done i've now renamed my photo.
You can follow the same steps to rename any other files such as videos and PDFs

Can I change the default name for photos and videos?
I want both to start with the date taken, so that when ordered by name, all photos and videos of the same occasion come together.
Today videos have a VID at the start of the name, and this does not allow them to be sorted together with photos.
VID at the start of the name is also unnessecary, because there is already the icon of a moviw next to the file.
