Kissing the Blarney Stone

Built over 600 years ago, Blarney Castle and Gardens is 8km from Cork City, Ireland. (Two and a half hour drive from Dublin)
Entry tickets for Adults is €16. We recommend going early (9am) to avoid the queues up the quint spiral 100 step staircase, to the top.
Enjoy the 360 degrees views at the top of the castle.
In order to be given the gift of the gab (or eloquence) you will need lay on your back, hold on to the railings and tilt your head backwards and kiss the Blarney Stone (Irish: Cloch na Blarnanand). 💋 💋
Walk around the castle gardens making sure to walk in some of the hidden caves and encounter the poison garden.

Sneaky tip: find free parking at the Blarney woollen mill (about 100m from the Blarney castle). The Blarney Woollen mill is a must see shop for locally made products.
