Racing with ABS would be foreign to me. There's a point where you can drag the brakes just before they lock up and get maximum braking efficiency. Sometimes they do grab and lockup momentarily, but you have to let off a bit to allow the wheel to spin again. It takes a while to really find where they will lock up and where they won't, but I think it's better than ABS on a racecar. It's just more parts and more weight.
