Dialogs are deprecated in current versions so you can’t get that use canvas apps instead

Fasil Wandoor you can open the dialog using url of dialog.sample : [organization url]/cs/dialog/rundialog.aspx?DialogId=[dialog unique identifier]&EntityName=[entity logical name]&ObjectId=[unique identifier for the record]
