Perhaps, GOD - THE MERCIFUL - had bestowed upon the great Mehdi Hassan Saab all those attributes, which He had reserved for a musician ! Else, it would have been possible for a normal human being to scale the Height of Excellence, which the great Khan Saab had scaled during his lifetime ! It was as if, the ROOH (SPIRIT) of ghazal gayiki had gone, along with his sad demise ! Sirji, we are missing you badly !

To be very true, no epithet is sufficient to describe this enormous talent ! The great Mehdi Hassan Saab was the synonyme of soft, soothing, and soulful music ! Professionalism, Perfection, and Sophistication in performance was the hallmark of the great Mehdi Hassan Saab ! His style of gayiki was pretty simple, soft, effortless, soothing, and soulful but overbearing and very difficult to emulate ! He had given ghazal gayiki a pedestal, which will be very difficult to surpass ! The illustrious career of the great Khan Saab spanning over almost six decades will speak volumes about his abilities as a singer of exceptional merit ! He was just incredible - as an exponent of ghazal gayiki ! Personally speaking, I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have born during the lifetime of this legendary singer !
. Such a resourceful singer will ever tread this path again in the world !

To be very true, I consider myself to be an extremely ordinary man and will prefer to remain so, till I breathe ! I consider my vocabulary to be pretty pedestrian ! It's, infact, someone's humility and greatness, which makes one think so ! The great Mehdi Hassan Saab is my all time favourite ! Personally speaking, I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have born during the lifetime of this legendary singer !

What is the meaning of ist shear of the ghazal
"A romantic expression, where a lover to the beloved is saying, that the situation is such that we cannot be together anymore, so try not to call me to come - in my dreams, and then you ask also not to say or talk about our love for each other, I really don't know what I should do? given this situation, I think it is better that you should try to forget about me!"
