Well done dear, just a quick one if somebody comes into Romania on a tourist visa what’s the chance that they can convert to work visa without leaving Romania?
The chance is every slim.
And almost impossible.
Also i haven't seen or heard of anyone that did like that.

The African community is so big here in Romania and we are each other's keeper.

Students has to show accommodation proof too .
After you get your admission letter the school provides you with accommodation.
What's the amount required in your proof of funds?
From what I know now .. Coming for studies you need to have €4000.

On your admission letter it's states €2500 but when you get here , your you need €4000 for your bank statement

In any currency but it should be equivalent to 120 dollars.
But it's good to pay in dollars as exchanges rate always fluctuate in other currency
