In this video, Dr Puru Dhawan will discuss how a kidney patient can decrease creatinine level with the help of sweating, so watch the video till the end without skipping.
Sweating could be beneficial in excreting the waste product out of the body. The body produces sweat in some specific conditions. You cannot exercise more to produce sweat because it will increase the creatinine production in the body. An easy way to produce more sweat is by increasing the temperature around yourself.
Staying in a hot environment will make you sweat more. Sauna chambers could be used. 1 to 2 hours of sauna session will be enough to excrete the creatinine and urea out of the body.
What is a Sauna bath?
The liver and kidneys are the primary organs responsible for removing toxins from the body. But some research has demonstrated that sweating during a sauna bath releases toxins from the body.
Note: In comparison to urine, 50% more urea is present in the sweating.
The benefit of sauna bath:

-- Control blood pressure
It is important for kidney failure patients to identify the root cause of kidney failure and work on it. Working on the root cause helps to manage kidney disease and also helps to stop deteriorating kidney health. Along with it, kidney failure patients must always notice the early signs of kidney failure to stop the increase of creatinine and urea in the body.

Dear Dr. Dhawan,
The explanation makes a sense and I am doing it home since about a month. I take about 45 minutes sauna and then about 30 minutes in a warm bath tub. I recall in one of your video where you have explained that one can not reduce creatinine level this way because the creatinine molecules are large makes it difficult to pass through skin along with sweat. Will appreciate you comment.

Dehydration hoga aur bahut thakhavat he to beech beech main thoda Pani peena padhega. Bp bhi check karna teek hoga. Paani thabhi peena jab bahut zyada pyaaz ho to.
