yes Laporte had MVDP on his left and Pedersen on his right so he can't go off the way so WVA must slow
something always happens that block him... (not only in the TdF, but in the entire 2023). Maybe he must adding a little of tactic/brain to his phenomenal strength.
blocked is the wrong word, he got boxed in at the worst time when his teammate seemed to have an issue.
