- Carole's Pumpkin Muffins
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees
*Mix Wet Ingredients
-2 Eggs - slightly beaten
-1 C plain caned pumpkin puree (which is 1/2 can)
-1 Container Light Vanilla Yogurt
-1/3 C Milk
*Stir Into Mixture
-2 T no calorie sweetener
-1/2 t Ground Cinnamon
-1/8 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1/8 t Ground Cloves
*Mix In
-2 small boxes of raisins (2 oz.)
-2 C Aldi's High Protein Pancake Mix
(add a small amount of milk if it seems too thick)
*Line 12 muffin tins w/ paper liners AND SPRAY WITH PAM
* Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees

A Court of Mist & Fury is sooo much better than the first book in the series. Seriously, stick with this series. I loved it. I’m currently on her last book of Throne of Glass Series and am already mourning the end of it.

Jennifer your make up was beautiful, when you were showing your clothing haul. Not sure if you did something different with your eyes or if it was the colour of your shirt that made your makeup look elegant. But I really liked it.
The plum cardigan is lovely. (Definitely something I would wear) The weather being stormy makes me feel all snuggly. I love the rain, the sound of the rain, is heavenly to me. It makes me want to light my wood heater and sit in front of it with a hot cuppa 🥰

I read Hatchet with my daughter recently. We did a fun project where as I read she would draw his housing and the lake/scenery around him based on the description in the book. I also made my own drawing and we compared each other's at the end. There is a older movie based on the book also :)

ACOMAF is my favorite book in the series.
I love maurcies used to shop there all the time, but now i just dont like what they have out, not sure why not my taste. But ill keep looking to see if i find deals and might buy something. So far ive lost about 20 lbs so still loosing and not wanting to buy to much at the moment.
