Ok 👍
Non-competative games are the future,................... just scan in NEW and unusual cars............full stop.
What ever happened to relay races😢
Play Cars Mater-national next time
Challenge ideas:
Have a car spin wheel to get cars then race. (With the community)
Build a car then have everyone swap secretly.
Teams of 2 (maybe randomized) : Have them do all races and challenges like drifting and air jumps so the way they style there cars matters and they have to choose who do the events out of the two.
Another budget challenge. (With community)
I’m hoping the developers will realize just as much as they want me to put rally suspension and tires and a hyper car. They must realize I want to put race suspension and race tires on my pick up trucks
you can put race suspension/tires on some trucks, but they should also realize people want to put drift suspension on their trucks. #TrucksDriftToo
@@iamportalmaster if you’re talking about the Ford lightning that doesn’t necessarily count that truck was built that way and the typhoon and cyclone were also built that way so if that’s the some trucks you’re talking about sadly, it doesn’t count but yes, I was obviously talking about drift tires and suspension as well. I didn’t think I actually had to include that.
Heck yeah
@@iamportalmaster Its taboo to drift trucks.
@@angrysocialjusticewarrior but............there is literally a drift pickup truck in game, under formula drift,
Here is all I ask for in FH6:
(Singleplayer Offline) Ability to change weather on the go in FreeRoam
Custom background playlists (Kinda like Rocket League)
Actual progression (When I first downloaded the game, I was gifted a frick'n Bugatti Veyron, like wut???)
Custom difficulties for the progression (You choose on your first download for the main story)
A lot more hidden easter eggs and collectibles.
A super long highway.
A much more full map in general
And that's kinda it. Super excited for FH6!
Something like FH2's Highway which meaningfully connects most cities it's still the best highway imo.
@@maximusalpha5630 Couldn't have said it better myself :D
wouldnt you want a bugatti as a great gift as a start, theres alot of people in the would that would love to have a bugatti at the start gifted
@@Bippu_4.3it takes away some fun

The issue with race mode and convertibles isn’t lack of use, it’s lack of availability.
There are just not enough cars that have those features.
Exactly it's so limited
I would like if you could remove the t- tops on some cars like on the 300zx
If there were more convertible I would definitely be using the feature more often, but as it stands now I can’t even remember the last time I used it😅I hope those hypothetical analytics Nick mentioned don’t discredit the feature’s popularity
also the fact that the amg one is almost undrivable without race mode, yes the top speed is better but it just cant turn
@@RainerKelly and the roof on like every Koenigsegg
I don't need FOMO to keep me engaged with a game. I just need a game that's fun to play.
I know it wasn't the most popular game mode but I ended up as a Grandmaster in Playground Games in fh4. Some of my best gaming memories of all time, and I made friends through it that I still keep in touch with years later. We even all met irl for a concert a couple years ago. I would love if they would bring back some competition to the Horizon series
I have this exact experience in The Eliminator (making friends and even meeting irl), but I know that isn't everyone's favourite, so I hope they bring back more competitive options too
Wow so nice to hear Xbox creating irl friends.
I got into FH4 pretty late and I loved ranked racing but was a little miffed when I found out it was damn near impossible to rank up in solo or team because of the points system being giga dumb and instead of fixing it, they just removed it and said people didnt play it anyway and now we have people sweating in open because there isnt a designated sweat space anymore.
6:48 way more people would use them if they allowed us to activate them while driving under 60mph
They can't simply say we don't like features if they're badly implemented
Right the new convertible on the playlist literally cut scene style fades in and out to remove the top. No animation at all....
@@TheTyisawesome I understand if it's for manual ones as they'd need motion capture for each car. But there's nothing preventing them from animating them like electric roofs
activating them mid race would be nice too
you do know 60mph is almost highway speeds right? most convertible cars limit the use of it to only under 30-40mph or so
@@thevideogamer0mg99 .......video game tho..........
8:53 Finally someone's said it. The rally map is so underrated, it's one of the best horizon maps ever, solely for those stunning paved roads. Its the closest we've got to those unreal canyon roads on FH1. So much more exciting to drive and the scenery is so much more dramatic and dense compared to the main FH5 map.
For FH6 I still think we need more places to 'meet up' and to drive to. I feel like the main map is just a vast landscape where you aimlessly drive around. There's no proper meeting locations to drive to besides the festivals. We need some cool pubs, cafes, petrol stations and garages!
I totally agree, The fh4 map made you feel like you were actually driving somewhere. For a road racing based game I don’t think it should be as accessible to just be able to fly across the map off-road. Also, I think fh5 map is very boring and doesn’t have much contrast. I hope for fh6 Has Mountain Roads like you said, With more dense forests with rich colors.
I think fh4 is the most beautiful forza game ever made
Nothing FH6 needs to be a Complete Series Reboot as it's Badly Needed
Okay sir
We saw how the "Built from the ground up" game reboot went for Motorsport Don't see it being much better if they went this way
@@lockwoodhunt4728
With a Decade Old Engine
Ancient Driving Physics

Boring Campaign that Gets Boring Quite Quicky
Buddy did you see what happened with Forza Motorsport reboot yeah that well so maybe no reboot
I'll make an entire video about this because people seem to be totally wrong about the success of FH5
7:47 I just think that all the convertibles should be able to drive with the roof on or off. It doesn’t even need to be animated, just let me have my hard top NA Miata!
YES
Like with the Mazda speed Miata or (I think ) mr2 which has a t-top or the 300zx
They had the soft top in FH2, I really don’t get why we cant choose between the hard- or soft top, would let me recreate mine.. :(
One of the biggest, most important things missing from Forza Horizon 5 is steady progression. Being able to get hypercars within 10 minutes of playing makes them feel so much less valuable than racing for a while to save up for a car you always wanted.
We'll never get another game like Forza Horizon 1 if they keep focusing on game pass and broad audience priorities, but this is a modern AAA developer we're talking about, so it's hard to imagine that happening
You will never get another Game like FH1 as Microsoft Forbade it in 2019 when they made an E/3 Rating *Mandatory* for all Future Forza Games as a Microsoft Corporate Policy.
The main thing I want to see in Forza Horizon 6 (whenever it is due to arrive) is a storyline similar to the first, as well as a very similar, if not near-identical, overall vibe. We got a proper festival experience from the get-go, whereas in FH4 and FH5, that kind of diminished and was dulled down to a case of, “Here’s a festival, some okay music, and some stories that are more a side hustle.” At least FH3 sort of had that vibe in the case of being the boss of the Horizon Festival, choosing where and when you want to open a festival site and when you want to upgrade them to Level 5. That, plus what radio stations you want to add to the roster when you want.
I just want a product that isn’t over-the-top cheesy, but more realistic. Heck, starting out in your own car rather than being given the option to choose between three or four cars still sounds better. However, if a car choice is there, I don’t want the options to be absolutely ridiculous.
I just wanna say Ar12, its very refreshing to see you not crapping on the game like a lot of other ppl and to actually give out sound ideas and takes on where they should take the series next. I appreciate it and will continue supporting you. Have great day man💪🏾
Knowing Turn10, they'll just put in another *the biggest map in Forza history 50% bigger (even emptier) then FH5*, remove half of the cars, somehow fuck up the PC optimisation even more.
Also removing features that they don't feel like fixing. Remember ranked races, anyone?
real
Can’t forget fucking up the car sounds deliberately so they can fix them and then claim they listen to the community
Yeah, consistency is going to be important for the next horizon game but I’d personally also like to see them get rid of the fortnight battle pass/time limit to unlock content game plan. With every horizon game the developers, tell you they’re gonna give you the ability to buy or earn the cars that you missed and that has yet to happen I have yet to be able to buy or earn any yet alone one of the cars that I am missing.
@@nickosmond get rid of the eliminator while we're at it. It's a shitty game mode, that hasn't had anything done to it since it came out in FH4, except that FH5's map is very clearly designed for that mode
Ngl i agree but they should have learned what NFS Mw did. Super big map with lots of cities that an old computer can run, why can't they do that???
I think there is a lot to learn from the early Horizon games when it comes to the single player experience. Getting the feel of being a newbie and climbing the rankings towards being a champion is a lot of fun.
I would love seeing a history story mode where you get races set in specific eras of racing with only the upgrades available at the time.
I want the editor to have much more possibilities for altering the terrain.
I agree the rally map is great.. as long as we don't have that bloody annoying helicopter.
I just want them to change their PI calculator, so way more vehicles become viable in races.
The only reason I play Forza Horizon games for is the multiplayer online races, they're the best in the genre, handling is a mix of arcade and sim-like which allows for skill expression and it weeds out the bad from the good from the amazing drivers.
I also want a larger selection of tracks, playing on the same tracks hundreds of times gets boring. We need at least 3x the track amount that FH5 had for online play (since they refuse to at least add DLC tracks to multiplayer)
Yeah
I think a good way of releasing cars that were in the festival playlist is releasing them as permanent challenge rewards after a set amount of time, so you can do a challenge, say winning 5 street races with a 911 gets you the 2021 911 GT3 that was in the festival playlist. That way you can choose what cars you want to get
We had that in FH4 with the backstage pass but there's no telling if they'll do that with fh5 when 6 comes out
@@cuscoothriyas5163ah, I didn’t know how backstage pass worked because I dropped FH4 before it was added.
Alright but it would defeat the purpose of auction house
@@waki0069 the auction house is a barely working mess of glitch filled bidding and bots. do we really need it?
@@waki0069 As if the auction house in FH5 is all that great anyways. 90% of the auction house is the same like 6 cars for sale that nobody wants, and people very, very rarely sell any playlist cars unless it is brought back and they have a spare.
I’d love to see FH6 in Canada. There’s cities, seasons, amazing roads and landscapes and we could potentially see the Circuit Jaques-Villeuneuve (forgive my spelling) on it! It would be incredible
as someone who almost exclusively plays in first person mode, i really think it would be awesome if there was interior customization. kinda like how when you go to buy a car and you chose what manufacturer color you want it to be, you can also pick a manufacturer interior color. I know it would cost the developers a lot time money and energy to do this, but i feel like it could be done and it would be a nice to be able to actually match the interior and exterior color schemes.
Something with the drive modes/convertibles, they aren't used much, because of you needing to be stopped for you to be able to switch some of them, and then they become useless in races and such
I wish you could import tunes from FH5 to FH6, I have hundreds of cars and so much time invested to them but I'm guessing FH6 physics are gonna be a bit different too
For the FOMO thing, as there are new seasons every so often I think after the season ends all the exclusive cars get put into a history thing where you have to do the same challenges for it and it gets replaced when the season after ends so basically they have like a month or over a month to get them
My Xbox one broke, and it took me almost 3 months to get a series X not because I couldn’t afford it, but because none of the stores near me had one so I’d personally say content should be permanent. There’s no point to replay the new motorsports game because aside from the introduction and the four tours, there’s no content to play except for the current stuff which is on a time limit
For sure
@@nickosmondAgree
Or they could keep them on a specific shop for like 100 million credits typa stuff. 20 million is a lot, but the hard part is sniping the cars
@@centauri201 i’d prefer content to be permanent. There’s no point to replay the game. if you replay horizon, you have zero content aside what was in the base game and the current stuff that’s active by the time limit there’s no point to replay the game if that’s alll the content yo have access to. I mean think about it to developers putting months and months of work, only to have all of it disappear never to be seen again.
One thing is to add the ability to have more types of roads for the event lab that snap on like they have been adding. To go further even the ability to change the exact degree of the banking and corner and vertically. It would 100% make the map building better for the pro’s and even the people who just started.
I think the community would love it if you could toggle your headlights without needing certain time of day so you can watch your pop up headlights go up and down, usable blinkers or even hazard lights could be cool and the ability to have the cars stock horn, there are a lot of generic options that you can pick but if you want your car to sound like it would fresh from the factory line that would be cool too. That being said they should add the Plymouth roadrunner to compliment this feature because of its iconic horn. Movie customization would be another great feature, so with a body kit you can turn a 84' pontiac firebird into K.I.T.T. or a Ford falcon into the v8 intercepter from mad max and so on. Forza has been pretty good with generic customization like the same rear wing/duck tail and front splitter on every car so why can't we have the same thing but with police lights that we currently only have on a few cars. Those are my thoughts on some features that I think should be added and hopefully the developers read the comments section on videos about their game.
Car sounds. Definitely car sounds. One of the best things about FH5.
Way better than fh4 lol
the fact that I was just thinking about nick making a video like this yesterday is actually wild
4:38 feel like they could add those cars into the forzathon shops like after that a few season and keep repeating that, as well instead of just a backstage pass, it'll also get the players grinding out points as well and keep the forzathon shop a bit more exciting
blinkers, gas station, more things like that so that the people who just want to cruise around and have fun, can do that more realistic
Drift parking lot from FH3. 2 more games in and we still dont have that simple masterpiece. Met some of my current online best friends there and hosted SO MANY epic drift comps.
For FH6 I think more tuning options would be sick like ecu/engine tuning. Also having more than -/+ 5 degrees of camber would be great
i'd like to see more of an emphasis on rally races since we still haven't really had proper rally events in forza games in general with dirt races being the closest but they just aren't good, i'd also love an exhaust sound tuning system so you can actually have cars with similar engines sound different even if it's a simple system like need for speed implemented and generally i'd like to see more car variety and a way to encourage people to try different cars, something like a special livery for a car if you drive it for a certain distance with an ultimate reward for doing this for, say, 100 cars and do that for every 100 cars or so
Fh6 needs better crash physics and damage modeling. Headlight high/low beam adjustment, turn signal indicators, and working windows. More freeways and a denser, more detailed map, with heavier traffic in busy areas. Random weather changes and disasters such as tornados, hurricanes, hail, snow, floods, and earthquakes. Wind physics. Construction zones and accident scenes. Traffic that actually knows how to drive, corner, and pass, and carry more realistic speeds, but also traffic that makes realistic mistakes which could sometimes cause accidents or headon collisions/rollovers. A wider variety of traffic (18 wheelers, sports cars, suv's, pickup trucks, etc.) The ability to drive 18 wheelers and pickup trucks while pulling trailers. Lift kits for trucks would be great. More vehicle customization in general. Just some ideas😎
FH6 Japan, massive street racing scene, midnight mountain races, maybe even the ability to race in one or two of japans many famous race tracks. we’ve been asking for years for it
The lanes will probobly still be two cars wide sadly
The Government of Japan does *Not* want Western Companies setting their Games in their Country, and are *Refusing Permission* for them to do so as a Result on a very Frequent Basis!
The issue is that Forza doesn't focus on street racing. Nor does it focus on the music festival vibe it used to have either.
First, Forza needs to return to the vibe of FH1 with a focus on the street racing and festival vibe. Only than would a Japan setting make sense. Otherwise it would be a wasted location.
Imagine the map being Japan but the game still feeling like FH5 because they didn't change up the formula.
@@ye7170 persionnally I don’t want Japan, I want a costal European country or maybe Germany.
@@ye7170 Given more and more Car Companies are getting very Skittish about Street Racing being Portrayed in Videogames, as it Definitely Damages their Public Relations Images to be seen to be Associated with Street Racing in some Countries, there is no way Horizon is going to Focus on Street Racing again, In fact, I will be Suprised if Street Scene is Featured at all, as there are Companies (and Ivory Tower will confirm this) who are now Refusing to License to Games that Contain Street Racing.
However, I do agree that FH6 *really* needs to bring back as much Festival Atmosphere as the Age Rating allows and make the Festival a lot more Present throughout the whole Map again and not just a Half Baked "Legacy Feature" like it has been in Recent Games , something like Motorfest with Sign Up Booths, Balloons, Titantrons, etc, at each Race Start Point should do it!
Personally I believe indicators and windows would be used 100X more than convertible roofs. This would be amazing as if a windo opened, you may be able to hear your car louder through the left or the right side of the speakers (depending on the wheel side). Indicators would be amazing to see because there are many many cruisers out there *I'm one of them* cruising is one of the most fun things to do. I'd absolutely love to see this in future.🤞
5:14 in regards to fomo I wish they do something like Motorsport where you have a whole month to unlock the new cars rather than having only a week for each car. This way rather than having to play every single week you can pick and choose when during the month to play earn all the content and then perhaps have a breather to play/do something else b4 the next update
7:58 convertibles r definitely a good feature especially when u have a game with dynamic weather. Rolling down windows isn’t something huge I’m looking for but TDU Solar Crown will have indicator lights. But indicators r really best if the map has a proper big city. Also Xbox has a limited number of buttons you can map so that also kinda makes it difficult to have indicators especially when using a wheel
Alot of really great suggestions. One I am personally shocked that didnt show up in the vid was the sort of server type. I prefer seeing everyone on the map at once (Static). I am sure there was some technical reasons why this was the case and things moved proximity based..... but imo even if it means making the map much much smaller or whatever the main reason was I would definitely support it.... whatever it takes to get the static lobbies back.
Fh3 had private lobbies but they were removed from future titles (I think this was so it influenced players to meet other players) but, Fh5s way of using a sort of proximity based server pretty much gives off the private lobby feeling anyways. I love the Forza Franchise to explore and meet friends. Having convoy issues that could be linked to this new proximity sort of layout is quite saddening. Even when they do work as intended the map is so large and the proximity where players can be seen isn't large enough. Which causes a lot of instances where if you break away from your convoy and they drive to far away you cant see them. It just doesn't do a very good job at encouraging the player to interact with others and make new friends. Especially if a proximity around you can only hold on average 12-15 people (assuming you know all the players of a 12 person convoy that only leaves at most 3 new people you can meet/interact with).
i know it isnt from FH5 but something I loved from the crew motorfest was the grand race, easily the one thing that kept me from going back to forza for a good couple months. I would love to see some big race that you can join instead of open or the weird restricted things they have now. Bit of a leap I guess but definitely think it would get way more people to put hours into racing around.
With the convertibles, race modes, indicators and rolling up and down windows even though people might not use them I think it will still be better to add them in so the game has additional features.
The ability to use indicators/windows and such in game may be barely used but it would be universally loved in photo mode
Proximity chat in the online open world would go crazy in FH6
What would be really cool to see in the next game is that instead of integrating the Eliminator into the main map, they do what they did with the Event-lab Island and give the Eliminator its own unique arena. Offering unique structures, props, zones, environments, and environmental elements in the arena to make it feel more enjoyable - like something players want to come back to. Something else that I think would be really cool is instead of the eliminator being focused only on racing from one point to another, there are different heats of the eliminator where the first heat focuses on point-to-point racing, the second focuses on drift racing, and the last is focused on drag racing or something. Basically, I would really like to see the Eliminator get its own unique arena and actually get its own unique gameplay.
I thought about this too
i hope for more freedom of customization in general ex. racing slicks and susp on trucks and vice versa, but also a slight tuning overhaul for fh and fm would be pretty sick, include some of the tuning parameters they let you play with in games like carx and stuff, allowing us better control of stances and different tuning styles. let us put 355 tires on most if not any car and sink them in narrow so they fit under the body like it were tubbed ex.
That level of customization is difficult when you have over 800 cars
the only thing i really want are season with real weather like FH4
Adding diesel cars, adding more low end cars that we can build or engine swap. Adding a more connected storyline, fixing the bumpiness of roads in eventlab events
I would love to see more options to Maybe be able To ”slam” your cars (and trucks) in the game. Or Maybe just do some crazy things like cars We havent seen before or even just making crazy customization for Those cars (please add window customization!). And giving us more options for tires with wheel writing and other things. Maybe even making it so We could change the colour to the smoke of the car to make our drift cars just SO much cooler.
The posibilities are endless!
I really hope they bring back a true campaign like they did so well in FH1
Staying on the Eventlab theme, you know when Playground Games likes create some sort of thing in the stadium with the Eventlab props? Like for example the stunt parks or the drift arena what if that's a tease for Forza Horizon 6 for us to finally implement the Eventlab props into freeroam? As the the drift arena is a fine example that's one of the only times we can have eventlab props in freeroam and that's like a test to see if such a thing would work. I think in Horizon 6 they will do the same thing have a stadium to advertise new props and the difference is they will finally allow us to use them in freeroam and online. (but I suppose for online use they will need to bring back private lobbies which I very much doubt they will bring back sadly)
I seriously hope FH6 has a dence City with lots of skyscrapers etc. FH5s map is way to open and lifeless & gets boring very quick
I definitely like the idea about FOMO reward cars. All of those reward cars could eventually be added to the autoshow. Or to keep the FOMO hype going, only add it to the wheel spins. That way it's rewarding to pick it up straight away.
honestly I don't think we'll see horizon 6 for another few years
I thought the same. I don't know why everyone thinks it's coming out this year when Horizon 5 is going strong. Also development time for first party games has been extended. We'll be lucky to get an announcement but it certainly won't come out this year
until late 2025 maybe..
Nah I see it coming fall 2025
I would like to see all PR stunts( speed cameras. Jumps..and the rest lol) have a way to see the best " class" on the pr stunts. Like for example, i would like to see for a speed camera- the fastest d class, the fastest c class and so on , it would be nice
I want to put this along with other videos in a playlist "FH6 wishlist and expectations" and see what ends up in the game.
Forza needs:
-Actual progression (I was gifted an aston martin valkyrie as soon as I got the game)
-More traffic, narrower/more twisty roads (harder driving)
-Some actual rally spots
-Actual car customization
I definitely want to see more competitive stuff in fh6… If you want to be casual you can but I would love to see some hard to get cosmetics or something to show off if you go try hard
I will always miss the actual guard rails from FH 1-3, the death of them meant the death of scary roads, with risk. With the destructible guard rails of now, the developers want the player to "go anywhere," so the terrain makes it possible to do so. While still having destructible guard rails, I feel the rally expansion brought back some of the thrills of a sheer drop off a road. On the main map, however, think of how many roads have guard rails that serve no purpose outside of artificial realism, if you go through them, you're not changing elevation or running in to anything.
A big thing would be the dirt/rally trails actually having depth to them. You play dirt 2.0 and the roads are bumpy and are worn down from being used yet the dirt trails on fh5 are completely flat with no offset to the road or anything
I would like to see couple of things:
- Less eliminator friendly map as you said. While FH4 map was smaller i just liked it so much more that FH5 map, it was much more fun to drive around than the new map.
- More options to dial a fitment or giving all the cars the same treatment. My poor e36 doesnt even have engine spacers while you could slam miata into oblivion.
- Ability to make custom radio (ie. GTA games) or at least twice the songs that are already in stations
- I think that good solution for FOMO would be to introduce playlist cars to autoshow one month after they were added into the game. I missed crapton of cars only because i simply couldnt log into the game entire week and now i dont even have chance to buy that car on auction because its most likely to be 20mil that i dont have.
A competitive side in forza horizon would be crazy cool. Especially if you can show your rank or let it show as an emblem near ur name tag like a prestige or somthing!!!
They can both agree that Nick is going to crash a lot
don’t know if it gets stated, but a tuning option for the flames/ burbles would be amazing
i would love to see some more a bit unknown car brands and a better quality anti lag
For FH6 I want
Gas stations
Multiple highways (not just one through the map, maybe 2 or 3)
More dense cities and more cities
A good desert area with nice roads
Better looking traffic would be nice also, maybe a bit of variety
Also, a proper modeled under carriage for every vehicle. Fuel system and gas stations, teaming up with drivatars, more camera views especially the 3D one like in GTA.
Fomo works really well because my senior year of highschool I constantly played fh4 to get every single car besides like dlc ones that I didn't have
1:30 "Look Gary, there I am!" 😃
0:56 yoo it’s me right under his message
All the good stuff from all versions of FH.
All I hope is the car list does not loose the festival Playlist cars and new cars from h5
there will be a lot of comments here discussing these topics, but giving this shot doesn't add any risk so I'll give it a chance:
- With the map topic, FH5s map is mainly flat because of the eliminator, that was one of the key factors PGG considered throughout the map development, and while I agree with Nick's take, a middle ground of a map that features great driving characteristics, challenging roads and terrains, while having a small portion in the middle of the map dedicated to the eliminator, because you can notice that, in a lot of FH5 eliminator matches, the 1st zone (which comes out very early in the game) goes immediately to the middle of the map, making the rest of the map pointless in the eliminator.
- The map could also feature some resemblance to the season's weather, having sections featuring snow (and much more than in the top of the volcano) heavy rain, etc. this would give freedom to the player's choices at what type of biome/weather they want to play in (if a player wants to drive to the snow they could drive there instead of waiting weeks till the season comes out)
- last but not least, progression is def something fh6 needs to learn from the lack of it in FH5, applying:
- Features from previous games like one-make/one-carmaker races, road trips to the next festival or championship, midnight battles, in-race dynamic weather or in-race medals
- Expanded and improved features from FH5 itself, from expeditions, multiple festivals, cultural points of interest, qualifications and access to higher car classes while you progress(Hot Wheels), waterfalls, changes of attitude, rally races with pace notes, different teams and tighter roads (Rally Adventure)
- New elements that would benefit gameplay variety in exciting or at least different things, like rally cross races featuring joker laps, gymkhana-like events, actual formula drift-like events built into the campaign, amongst other things
all of the progression could also be complemented by a better vibe surrounding it
the thing that i hope the most is to make the speed feels more realistic. going 200mph in fh5 feels so damn slow and we don't get that adrenaline of speeding in the game
6:46 we should have the ability to use blinker by activating them in the setting, which will change the POV button in right signal and the other is of course left!
A map like crew 2
Rest dont matter if you know every quarter of the map in 1 day
Two points
1. On the topic of the map, it should be somewhere that’s interesting and has cool features like elevation changes. Japan would be cool, but I think the community has hyped it up to the level that the devs can’t possibly make a map that satisfies everyone; additionally Japan is cool for drifting and street racing, but has next to nothing for off-road and rally, which is becoming a bigger focus. I just got back from a trip to the Sedona/Flagstaff Arizona area and thought it would be a great location for a horizon map-there’s really nice driving roads, scenic valleys, off-road trails, and the towns themselves I feel would fit horizon well. Unfortunately, Arizona might be a little too similar to Mexico, but I still think Arizona would fit really well
2. For tone and story, I think they got it right with Horizon 2 and 3. The characters aren’t too over the top, the tone is still PG/E, but characters aren’t too cringe. I also thought the general vibe of 2 and 3 was nice, with multiple festivals and unlocking events related to those festivals
I think the design and layout of the map matters more than the location.
Bigger map including a city with sky scrapers
Better graphics on car models mainly for headlights and taillights.
More bumper and wing options including the different oem trims options
More cars!
More car sounds with cracks and burbles like they did with the Ferrari 599 and some audis in fh5
I hope the developers give us a proper race track in the next Forza horizon 6
*nick subtly flexing his golf and gt350 in his own ad*
they need to bring the rwd/awd from the mach e to pickup trucks and other 4x4s so we can switch from rwd/4x4 but have actual locking front and rear diffs
My hopes for fh6
- bigger map in general
- a way bigger city(also more modern, New York style)
- More cars that a lot of people drive irl, not only sport cars
- I really like the mountain in fh5, so I would like that in fh6
when it comes to the feel and characters in the game, i think they should have different settings for different ages. hard to make work, but worth it to keep a large portion of the playerbase invested
I do like the 1 mile strips like an airport but id like to get a 1/4 mile track with a run off. Id like to see a city, racetrack, maybe some gas stations, fh5 car shows like in gta, i like the canyon etc
The customization needs a huge overhaul and there needs to be wayyyyyyyyyy more features. I would name them if I didn’t have an unbelievably huge list of features I think the game is missing
One thing tern 10 can do is put the elevn amg cars that are in the mercedes list and / or move them into the amg list or just have all the mercedes together agin.
I would really like to see denser traffic for no hesi and bring back meets
I need a forza “streets” series traffic, cut ups, lots of customisation and away with the silly dlc
I was sick for some time, so I couldn't play FH5. I missed some cars and due to FOMO I stopped playing entirely.
Race modes in cars would be better if it would be possible to switch them on the fly. In corners you use mode set for grip and on long straight another set for top speed. If I need to stop to change modes of fold root, then it is kinda pointless to use it.
Im too broke to play forza games, but something that seems to need to be addressed are custom roads in event labs. All the bumps need to definitely need to go.
Better drag racing with actual reaction times, red lighting, bracket racing, actual torque steering and traction loss even with drag slicks, a water box and warming up tires. 1/8th, 1/4 and standing mile tracks
Also Dragchutes, actual big drag slicks etc.
A complete reboot with a story, modern car list and amazing map.
Would love the ability to look behind me like in the crew
My biggest thing and I don’t know if I’m just being cheap but I thought when I bought the most expensive version of the game all car packs would be included and it seams half way through the games life both fh4 and fh5 they started adding dlc packs that I then needed to pay more for like the first bunch were included in the ultimate edition then it seams like they are just trying to squeeze more and more money out of you by adding desirable cars into dlcs I don’t mind paying for the top version if everything was included
All I want is bigger map with bigger cities, city to city travel, mountain roads of the sorts of the Calderra, but a lot more of those, traffic driving at different speeds, more traffic, traffic lights, pedestrian traffic (a bit much but at least a lot more of that dotted on the map, a lot more roads and not just empty fields between the roads, better wheel support with force feedback on par or better than FH5, a lot more customization, closer to NFS, regular version of the sporty version of a car ( where applicable, example would be E46 M3 and E46 330i or 320d, something of the sorts ), also a lot more engine swaps and also realistic sounds, come on now, a Rode NT5 would produce such good sound even from further away than what we currently have in game. There is for sure a lot more that I forgot, but if we get some or most, or hell even all of those and less of the Eliminator we would be a very happy bunch of fans
Map need a huge city and
Player being able to exit vehicle to see their player , makes for interesting car meet capabilities
I feel like with the E rating exiting vehicles can only be limited to static locations like in TDU 2
I would also like to see the availability to change to color of tail/head lights, along with a map based in or inspired by Asia (ex. Japan)
I would just be happy with headlights control. Allow me to chose when to turn on high or low beams, day or night, and for the rally lights or light bar to work and not to be cosmetic item.
Something we need is interior customization and we definitely need more body mods for all cars
Would love to see a fh4 reboot/remaster
What we need in Forza horizon 6 is more customization on cars ,turbo boost regulator , dyno more details on cars plus to fix the turbo sounds and better Map like somewhere in Europe or Japan will be great
One of the biggest mistakes in my opinion was removing ranked instead of just fixing the broken system. Myself and many other competitive players used ranked on FH4 as a designated space for sweating and being competitive but without it in FH5, open is just a sweat fest with no actual rank on the line. I'm also the type of player who needs a long term goal to work towards, and a high rank was one that I was looking forward to. My point being removing a competitive outlet has a bigger effect than just one less game mode.
Nick is going to predicted the future 👍
