I feel you. It takes me much longer to warm up these days. I'm 47 active, still jog, still work out, still hit the bag. At this age exercise to not hurt. Not to get strong or look good, that's a young man's game.
I'm sure Mike feels his age, but he is extremely genetically gifted. To be a world champion you have to have an internal drive gear that most people simply don't posses. Looks to me like Mike still has the drive and the tools, I look forward to seeing him fight again.
