Our blouse is so pretty and suits you so much! Where is it from?
I absolutely think your pretty neutral in coloring but slightly on the cooler side. That´s why I think you are rather summer than autumn. But definitely leaning more towards autumn than spring. Your accent colours are amazing - and they are cool colors.🐑🐾☺

Thank you so much! I made it in my beginner sewing video - it is from an awesome video tutorial and the fabric is actually a table cloth (but I already worn it loads).
I was also debating between autumn and summer - my neutral tones make it difficult to tell. I'm so glad you liked the colours! It was lots of fun selecting them.

The yarn you picked out at Lanar seems beautiful! I live very close to Milan and I think I'll soon go visit their shop. Also, wonderful colour choices: I don't go very often for navy blue and vintage blue, but you definitely inspired me and I'll try them out. I can see myself wearing a very lightweight dusty blue sweater this fall!💙

Lanar is a true gem. I really recommend checking it out. Some of the yarn is also quite well-priced (especially the Alpaca Tweed considering the meterage). A lightweight dust blue sweater sounds beautiful! Happy knitting :)

Interesting approach to knit planning. I tend to start with a pattern then choose a yarn in a weight and material that matches the pattern. I choose color based on what I currently have….l always look for a color that I don’t already have.

I tend to do that too but wanted to try to play around with colour pairing this year as I have managed to build up quite a stash. You must have a really colourful selection of handknits - it sounds marvellous. Thank you for watching!

Same color picks here as well, except I added bottle green as well. I have auburn hair so bottle green and navy blue are my go to colors. I think this color pallet is timeless and absolutely elegant.

Oh bottle green is another great one! I don't have much green in my wardrobe, so I will have to consider it next time I'm buying yarn. Thank you so much for your lovely comment!

I would say you're september just like myself😅 a mix of soft autumn and soft summer.

Love that! September is the perfect name for it - I find it impossible to figure out the cool and warm tones because I like both.

Love your colour choices ❤I’m a very similiar in hair and eye colour and did the colour analysis as well a few months ago. I seem to be also a soft autumn. I’m very drawn to shades of blue, but was kind of confused by the fact that warmer tones would fit me better. Nonetheless I also think that my hair colour looks best with navy or jeans colours. So I’m very glad you seem to experience the same 😊 looking forward to all your projects

Thank you so much! So interesting that we are similar and you got soft autumn. I would love to have it done professionally just to see what they say. I may have to look into it this winter. I think blues look so good with dark blonde hair. Happy knitting!

Loved this video. I’m using all of these colours except for camel. My accent colours are darker grey blue and chartreuse. I like a little mustard as well. Watching this I realized that burgundy is a good choice to add to my wardrobe. Thanks!

Those colours sound great! I also love mustard but wanted to go for more muted shades this year. It is so much fun seeing what pairs well together. Thanks for watching!

I love your knitting aesthetic and your videos in general. This color palette showcased here is absolutely gorgeous! Every single yarn that you've shown there is stunning. I can't wait to see what beautiful items you knit up. I actually had a color analysis done earlier this year, and it was such a worthwhile investment for me. My results surprised me - I turned out to be a winter, despite thinking I was an autumn and definitely not a cool-toned season because I have brown hair and hazel eyes. Before the analysis, I was planning on integrating colors like olive green and rust into my wardrobe, which I quickly reconsidered after seeing how terrible they made my skin look! It was such an eye-opening experience. I suspect you could be a soft/low-intensity season, but really it's so difficult to analyze yourself. Even if it's not in your budget or plans to get an analysis done now, there's so much good information on the Colour Analysis Studio instagram and youtube channel. They are two Italian ladies living in Melbourne, Australia, and they were so lovely to work with. (I have no affiliation.) You've clearly put in thought when creating this beautiful and harmonious palette, and no matter what colors anyone recommends, you should wear what makes you happy! Thanks for reading to the end of this very long comment. Wishing you a happy fall and winter season!

Thank you so much - it really means a lot. So interesting to hear of your experience with colour analysis. I think I'm going to look into getting it done in the winter. I may have watched the same videos with the two Italian ladies - they seem really great! I completely agree about wearing whatever you want even if it isn't in your 'season' and it's nice to open up new colours you may not have thought of before. Thank you so much for the lovely comment! Happy autumn to you too :)

I chose similar colors to you. Exception, Sage green. I have hazel green eyes too and I think sage green is complementary.

Good call! Sage green is beautiful for hazel eyes. Happy knitting!
