Stannah lift with broken key switches

- The key switches in this lift are not working. The one for lower basement doesn't turn (not because it is secure, but because it is jammed). The other one is broken and turns the whole way round!
Where was this at?
How did you get the lift keys

I don't get why people have a problem with you doing that because if people don't want you in their lift then they should lock it. It would be like throwing your iphone 6 on the floor in a city centre and expecting it to be there the following day
