If this is still useful, auto parts stores usually take used engine oil and filters. I put the used oil in used plastic containers I have laying around and bring to the auto parts store close to my house. The one in my area has a designated area outside to drop off used oil.
@@DashCamSerbia You see I used to think that it was only the store near my house that did that but, I researched and I found that the majority of auto parts stores in the world do this if not check with your closest recycling center.

There is no official place that takes the use oil, except for the oil rafinary. -_- People say that I can just take it to the mechanic, but then he would get angry that I am bringing him old oil instead of just paying him 10 Dollars to do the oil change for me. There is also no place that recycles litium batteries in Serbia, only the regular ones, and on rare places you can bring them. Pharmacies are suposed to take old medice aswell, but they dont do that... Recycling in Serbia is not developed at all...

yes not good quality, that say you can use for 4000 km but after 2000 km it well be very black and the small not good

Never tighten an oil filter with a key, it is always done by hand.

One day I used my hands but the oil was leaking, so I decided to use the key anyway. Thank you for the information
Every manual says to tighten it by hand (as much as you can) and then with tool turn it 1/4 turn more.
