  • No cats with custom xpipe into Roush axle-backs, J&L CAI
Long tubes coming soon, love the raspy high pitched tone but might have to put on stock mufflers, already too loud for me, neighbors don't like me😬

Do you think on a V6 it will sound more raspy with this set up?

100%.. a 5.0 already has a natural rasp too it.. so take out 2 cylinders and you definitely will notice a raspy difference

@ThatPovMane I see. What do you think of my setup. I was thinking of changing to an X-Pipe w roush axle back, but I'm still debating.

@@mywa8314 honestly it’s not bad, when I had my v6 I had bbk shortys, h pipe, and roush axle back and it sounded surprisingly good.. shortys definitely gives u a “deeper” tone and also keep your resonators😎🫡🐎

@ThatPovMane that's what I was going for. I wanted a "deep tone." After installing the H-pipe, I immediately noticed a "deeper throaty" tone. I don't know what else I can do to make it sound even more "throaty" besides doing a V8 engine swap. Do you think resonators can make it more throaty?
