And leg melts
I can’t believe some of the things you’ve shown us - creepy, haunting, and yet totally fascinating. Hearing the birds and seeing the moose, it’s like nature just does its thing, unaware of the horrors that might be lurking. Such important work you’re doing, Nick. Everyone should see these videos, not just listen to what we’re told by people who have ulterior motives. Thanks for another great series and all the best on your next adventure!!
Thank you very much!
Amazing how friendly and fearless the doggy is even though its probably had very little exposure to humans. If I was there I'd definitely want to adopt it!
Ya but there are tours there all day everyday
@@JM-yx1lm shh it takes away from the "hasn't been touched since everyone left" deal
How old do you think dogs get lol
@@JM-yx1lm well not every day but there are indeed a lot of tours even I am planning to go for a 2 day tour, it's pretty cheap, especially for me since I live in Hungary which is next to Ukraine.

"Do you want to watch another journey of Nick?"
-Yes, I do.
All I can say is thanks a lot again!
Jesus christ youtube comments are pathetic

Watching your documentary vlog means my Sunday is complete. Kudos to you Indigo Traveller
Thanks Ed!
This is must be one hell of experience.. thank you very much for making me part of this Journey ❤️
Thank you!
Hi Nick, love your channel! No flashy titles, good stories and i love the way you‘re filming and underlining everything with music.
That series was stunning and i would have wished for more episodes. Save travels and looking forward to your next videos in a few weeks.
Attacked by a Radioactive moose, classic NIck content! Missed click-bait opportunity as well!!
Hahaha cheers mate!
Another amazing video. Out of all the travelers out there, your content is the most in depth and most educational. Never boring and the length of the videos are perfect. I love watching your channel. I’m fascinated by the places you travel to but don’t really want to visit some of them myself so your videos are the next best thing. However I did check out the link you left for the Chernobyl tour. I might actually need to go there. Thank you again. Safe travels to your next destination. Take care.

God i miss those days...
These were the days so many memories.
the title of the video should be “I almost got attacked by a moose in Chernobyl” hahaha
hahaha good idea!
Shouldn't it be radioactive moose would definitely get more views just with the radioactive tagged on.
Thank you for continuing making content during this difficult time to travel. I really appreciate you for working extra hard to share the world to us. Very admirable in comparison to some of my other youtube travelors.
You do the best introductions on CZcams! I know this takes time and it is much appreciated. Really helps put things into context for your videos. Especially when you do a series.
After he almost got slammed by that moose I understand the meaning of “In case I don’t see you again…” 😅
Ready for our Sunday treat! 😍 last week with the older lady broke my heart. Such great work, giving visibility to the invisible ❤️
Thanks so much! Hope you enjoy!
This documentary is one of your best work Nick! Time for Sunday class! Good morning from the States. Safe travels everyone! 💜
Thank you! Appreciate it!
Very stark .
It makes us feel grateful for the " little things" in life....things normally taken for granted, are far more precious after watching this miniseries.
Thank you
Hello how are you doing and nice post you got and hope we could be friends so we could talk more please??
Wow! That was an awesome series Nick. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the next trip. 😉👍
Your documentaries are awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the episodes
Stay out of Chernobyl brother without a protective suit and decontamination setup you will have radiation exposure
Watching these video definitely is a Sunday tradition. I look for the upload right when I wake up. Thanks for sharing and it’s awesome how much your channel has grown!
Thanks Jason!
Another excelent series from you,IndigoTraveller! Take care and can't wait for the next one!
Once again I feel that Igor has an odd connection to me. I was a child of the 1980s in Britain. We too were convinced that any day nuclear war would break out. I too remember waking in the night, terrified by that thought. The difference I see here and in other documentaries I've watched about the Soviet era is that we were given no masks. There were no public air raid shelters built for us. We knew for certain that should it happen we would be on our own, trying to survive. That the government had made no provisions for us. They told us things like "Take off the internal doors in your house and build a lean-to against an interior wall. Then stack mattresses on top of those doors and don't leave that shelter for 7 days" They also said things like "If someone in your shelter dies, put them in bin bags then carry them outside and write their name on a tag so the local authorities can identify them."
I think you should watch a film called Threads, Nick. It was on the BBC on September 23rd, 1984. I know the date for certain because it was one day after my 12th birthday. Both my parents worked night shift and I was home with only my Gran who was blind and sleeping upstairs. I can recall clearly being so frightened by the stark and awful spectre of a post-nuclear war world it presented that I crept up the stairs and sat on the floor of her room all night. Not wanting her to be alone and afraid if it happened. I was haunted by the idea that I might have to put her in bin bags and leave her like she was rubbish to be collected by strangers as had happened to the Gran in that film.
The next day at school all our talk was about how we should start collecting canned food and bottling up water and what we could use to build a better shelter than the doors and mattresses ones in the film. Many of us joined CND (Citizens for Nuclear Disarmament) in the next few weeks.
It was a terrifying time to be a child, no matter what side of the iron curtain we were on. From that Sunday night when I sat alone watching Threads I wanted only to work to bring peace and friendship between the East and the West. So that we all would have a chance to grow up and to know one another. Hearing Igor talk tells me that I was right when I thought "Their children are just like us. They have friends just as we do. They laugh at the things we laugh at and they are afraid of things we are afraid of. They don't want to die in a nuclear war either. They could be my friends and I don't want my government to kill them and their Grans any more than I want their government to kill me and my Gran."
Thank you for allowing Igor to show me I was right. If you ever see him again please tell him that I'm so pleased we both made it out of the Cold War alive. And thank you for making your wonderful films. By showing us the shared humanity we have with those who live in "other" places you are working to teach so many people that we have much more in common with those strangers in strange lands than we have things which make us different. Igor was never my enemy; we were brother and sister - and his children are my children's brothers and sisters.
Scary that we could be back there ...
Wow. Incredible scenery and videography💥I especially love the shot of the gas mask w the light shining through. Thank you so much for all of the work you put into your videos. These are absolute works of art. And your explanations of the history along the way, paints a well-rounded picture. Stunning work!
What a crazy place! Thanks for sharing Nick!
I love how in depth you went! This is probably the most interesting and in depth video I’ve watched! Would love to do a tour with your guide he seemed great! One question, did you shoot this entire video handheld? Looks very smooth!
Thank you for taking us to places we might never go....stay safe!

Nice video again. Thanks Nick and have a nice Summer 2021! :)
Your work simply blows me away. You treated this destination with the awe and reverence it deserved. I'm so thankful you heard the call of the mysteries of the world, and answered. Your unquenchable curiosity and hunger for understanding drives your work, ....these traits are much appreciated by your audience. I am also So Glad that you didn't decide to become an auto mechanic , or something more pedestrian.
Love traveling with you! Keep up the great work!!

Amazing episode, the residential where the coolest places for me to visit. It puts a new perspective on life when you go and visit a place like this!
Thanks for watching!
I think this must be by far one of the creepiest places on the face of the earth, and I'm sure that watching this on video, as fascinating as it is, shouldn't be remotely like experiencing it in person. Thank you for bringing us these memorable postcards of a lost world
That was really interesting, thank you for sharing it :D
Oh wow, I've been waiting for this. I always wanted to see what the prison had looked like there. Be safe please! :)
Wow. Fascinating. Thanks Nick! Love all the videos!😎✌️❤️🙏
Another awesome video keep them coming
Thank you nick I can’t wait to see where your going next
Great footage and videos!
Well, thank you for this series - fascinating to see how much of human activity remains after 35 years and how much nature reclaims when mankind is out of the way
Sometimes when I'm depressed I feel nature fighting me for my home, it feels hopeless to keep it from returning to nature😊
These videos really inspire me to travel and explore , I love ur videos
Woo. Lovely series Nick. Man Chernobyl is eerie and so stunning simultaneously. Stunning in the sense of how well preserved the "nuclear ruins" are and how unique the place is. I appreciate you going to visit again. Looking forward to your next series. Thank you.
i haven't found something good to watch on here for many months, but this video had my full attention! i loved it, very interesting!

Hi my friend from Greece!!! One more amazing video, congratulations!!!
Thank you :) Enjoy Greece!
Absolutly breathtaking. Just the way that the wilderness is slowly reclaiming all the structures. I love abandoned places and the wild so this place would be my heaven on Earth.

I love all of your videos and always learn so much but I think the Chernobyl videos are my favorite. So super interesting. Thanks for sharing!!!
My mother grow up in the Russian city Tomsk in 1980-1990s and in her school they had pioners with the little red scarves shown in the picture. She was even the leader of the groups. Can’t even imagine.
At 18:55 he starts naming states in the US every state he named houses the majority of our nuclear weapons...
Enjoying your vids on the exclusion zone, but all that touching irradiated stuff is doing me in!
Igor is great man! Excellent series.
Great work. 👍
Private tours are always worth it. Loved this series.
Great series!
Hi, Nick. Thanks for creating another good video. Very interesting. My old barber is from Ukraine. He said the people were mad at Gorbachev because he waited three days before telling them about the severity of the radiation emergency.
