REAL LIFE MORNING ROUTINE WITH 2 TODDLERS 2019 | Cleaning, Recipes & Real Mess! Stay At Home Mom

- Todays video is a Real Life Morning Routine 2019. In this video I share my morning schedule, a couple healthy breakfast recipes and any disasters that may take place (with 2 toddlers there usually are a couple per day!) I have to get up pretty early in the morning if I want to have a little time for myself before the kiddos get up, but its so worth it and helps me to stay task oriented and productive, but also be a gentle and loving momma! This morning didn't go as smoothly as usual but with a solid structure and some mommy morning quiet time, we can get back on track! Hope you enjoy!
Blueberry Oat Blender Pancakes (So healthy and easy!)
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Flour (unbleached or whole wheat)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 TBS Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Coconut Oil (plus more to fry pancakes)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Milk
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Frozen Wild Blueberries
Pour the 2 cups of milk and vinegar or lemon juice into a small bowl, stir and set aside. This will give it time to thicken so that your pancake batter will not be super thin.
Meanwhile add remaining ingredients to your blender and whirl for a couple minutes until all the oats are ground up. Add the milk mixture and blend a few seconds longer.
Heat a skillet over med heat and add 1 tsp of coconut oil, spread it around once it has melted. The blender makes a great pouring dish so I just use that to make 4-5 inch in diameter pancakes. as they are cooking but before you turn them over sprinkle a few blueberries over each pancake. Once air bubbles start popping its time to flip! Cook or a couple more minutes and serve with maple syrup!
Power Seed Green Smoothie
1/2 cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/4 of an apple
Small handful of Kale
Collagen Powder
1 TBS Super Seed and Ancient Grains Mix from Trader Joe's (CHIA, FLAX, HEMP, BUCKWHEAT, QUINOA, AMARANTH and MILLET)
1 tsp. Maca Powder
Oat Milk to reach desired consistency.
Blend it all up in a blender that's not going to die on you and that can blend up frozen fruits!;)

I’ve always thought that you are genuine and realistic. Most other CZcamsrs make me wonder how it can be possible to take such a big chunk of time to focus on a specific task. I’m always asking my self,” how do people do it.?” There is just so much to do and so detailed, time consuming, and things that come up in every day living. It always helps the day go smoother...I understand the struggle though! It is hard to break that habit! Go to bed early tonight and FORCE yourself to get up on time tomorrow! you can do it I know you can! After doing this for 3 nights you will get more used to it and it will become easier!
I have been trying to get into the word but my little guy has been waking up at 4:45/5am for the past couple months making it impossible. I try and make sure I spend some time at the end of my day.
As mommas we just do what we can! I hope he sleeps later in the morning soon. It’s so good to hear that you don’t just let life’s trials stop you!:)
How do you heat up the pancakes after taking them out of the freezer?
I meant to say fridge because we usually eat them the next day. I pop them in the microwave for 30 sec or you can take out a skillet and heat them up over the stove!
I wish my kids slept in haha our daughter which is the same age as your son, comes into our room every morning super early and sleeps with us for the last hour before we all wake up.
I think morning snuggles are the best!!
