Therefore, there is no unconstitutional matter . It may be unconstitutional to whom, who do not read Indian Constitution.

Many many countries in the world has reverted back to its original names. Finns refer to their country Finland as ‘Suomi’, but no-one knows where that name came from, or why, even after centuries of being called Finland, Suomi still survives. India refers their country Bharat and Hindustan along with India and every Indians know where the name Bharat came from. Even in the past few centuries of being called India, Bharat still exists and flourish, and it will eternally continue to do so.
Such big decisions will not be taken just like that Rahul ji.

I entirely agree with what Shree Gurumurthy Jisays, every word of it. There are absolutely no legal grounds to question the using the name of 'Bharath' as often and in as many occasions as anybody, the government or the citizens think fit. It is obvious too to all perceptive citizens of our country that Bharatha Varsha is the name of our Motherland since very ancient times, and the government which took over power from the british in 1947 should have officially declared it as the name of our country. Other governments which came later too could have chosen an appropriate time to make the declaration but all of them failed in this relatively simple but most fundamental duty. Now the BJP has chosen to use the name in it's official communication which is correct; that it chose a time to politically counter the opposition parties is perfectly normal as all political parties play politics. The framing of questions by RK is mischievous as he attempts to impute political ideology to Shree Gurumurthy Ji and the manner in which he stated his position in countering the imputations of RK.
For Akhand Bharat, original Bharat name is necessary.
Before Bharat this country knew as "Jambu-dwip".So actually it's name is "Jambu-dwip".

The Constitution does not say that the name of the independent country shall be India! It just used the name given by the British - "India". But affirms that it is Bharat!!! So, anyone with a little intelligence can understand that Ambedkar really called this country Bharat, and to pacify the English Indians wrote the sentence as in the Constitution. Business Today displaying the identity of Shree Gurumurthy Ji as an ideologue of RSS itself is mischievous as he has openly stated several times in the past, as well as on this programme, that he is an independent thinker and has nothing to do with the RSS or the BJP. This is the issue with the self-styled 'secular progressive liberals' in our country.
There is no change, even the starting statement is incorrect. Why India's name is used officially, it should be Bharat. There is no word "India" in our heritage culture of thousands of years. Bharat name is everywhere, only it was not prioritized by the previous government. Let the India words be there but all the official name and positions should use Bharat to represent the country anywhere in the world.

India signifies just a 200-300 year political entity but Bharat signifies a 5000 year civilizational entity.
Next step should be towards promoting Sanskrit as official link language of Bharat.
