I just began following you and I have a few comments. First, these look delicious and I will try them. Second, I love the idea of your channel as I'm always intrigued with food history. Next, the filling you made is called Ermine Frosting (I believe), which I just learned about last year even though I've used it in my Whoopie Pies for decades. I just never knew the name of it or its origins. You may want to visit the history of that sometime. Lastly, I think your background music is nice, but too loud.
I write that only as a suggestion because I think it will make your videos more appealing. Other than that, loved this first episode and will work my way through your others. Good luck!

I so appreciate your comment! I’ve seen Ermine frosting before but never made the connection, the recipe was based off of one from an old church cookbook- great recipes in those! And thank you for the advice concerning the music, I’ve really struggled finding the right volume, when I post them they come too loud or too soft 😂 I’d rather them be too quiet so I’ll keep that in mind. Thank you again!!

Hi there! I have not made them gluten free before but I did find this recipe online with great reviews:
      theloopywhisk.com/2022/10/22/gluten-free-puff-pastry/
For the filling you can use 1 cup butter, 1 cup marshmallow cream, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar. Combine and beat with electric mixer.
If you make them let me know how they turn out! 😊
