    Hi team! 💜 Hope these ideas were use 💪 I know maths isn't for everyone though, so if you were having trouble with the calculations for your grid-spacing guide, I do have a calculator that can do the work for you! 🥳 bit.ly/3qdJdzq

    I am in love with the ruler idea I have never seen something like this before!! I do have a grid spacing but don't trust myself either and tend to count it out 😂😂

    The idea with a separate grid page taped to the notebook actually blew my mind!! Literally quaked to the core. Running off to do this right fkin now (and by that, I mean binge your vlog videos while I get it set up lol)

    I use the ruler idea ! Although, I fold it in half and washi tape one side with black or some other dark washi, because then I can use one side as a straight edge and the other as the ruler with the markings. And if you make it 5 spaces wide, that's also useful as a quick reference :)

    ohmygooooosh 2 videoooooos in1 daaaay :D ,, !!!!! OMG the reference ruler is actually an amazing idea! Going to make one right now! :O ,, I actually did use a grid spacing guide like the one you made first but I was still having some problems with those. So I don't really use it anymore. But the reference ruler could actually be the best idea because, like you said, it's very moveable. Soooo thank you so much for sharing that idea!! It's perfect!

      Most welcome Kim! 💜😄 I think I might end up making myself a new grid-spacing ruler that I put a bit more effort into, maybe using different t colours and stuff (the one I made in this video was just a quick mock up, haha)

    I LOVE the ruler idea!! I'm going to make one right now to use!! What I was doing was recording the numbers on a reference page by my pen test page. I just recorded how many boxes were horizontally on one page and two pages and hpw many boxes vertically on a page. Sometimes I also marked the halfway point horizontally so I didn't have to count

    I know this video is a year old + already but I just want to “thank you” tremendously. I’ve been bullet journaling/planning on/off for over three years. I say on/off because I hopped on Hobonichi Cousin for a bit. Now, I’m doing the “go big or go home” and going to the B5 Stalogy. I decided to brush up on my bullet journaling/planning skills and watch some videos the last two weeks. I never ever got the grid spacing cheat sheet people do until I watched your video. Thank you. I’m also thankful that you don’t use it either and it’s because you do it the old fashion way…and count the spaces like I do. I totally agree as I don’t trust my old self either. Lol. 😆❤️

    I love the way these look when they’re simple (that first one you did was beautiful!), but I feel like I’m the only one that doesn’t use a grid spacing guide. My bullet journal journey started with me spacing out my week on a vertical two page spread where having one of these would’ve been super helpful, but has since transformed into rolling dailies. The only thing I need to know spacing for is my weekly dashboard or the monthly calendar. But I’ve been doing both of them the same way for three semesters worth of bullet journals (four bullet journals total because I have since found that 160 pages is not enough for me), that I know the measurements by heart.

    • @JashiiCorrin
      @JashiiCorrin  Před 3 lety +1

      Yeah I find that because I use certain divisions so often now (e.g. horizontal thirds) I really don’t have much need for the grid spacing reference page 😛 but the ruler I think would be a bit more helpful as it would just mean I didn’t have to count the number of spaces (even if I know how many to use already, haha) 💜

Un dato curioso, es que se puede aplicar a Grid en CSS.

    Mine is my most used spread ever. Also made a little extra pocket on the righthand side (it's at the front) for my self-made rulers. Sadly I have noticed that my notebooks all have different measurements, so I'm sadly forced to redo it for every notebook. 😔

    • @JashiiCorrin
      @JashiiCorrin  Před 3 lety +1

      How annoying! 😅 I know that just changing from primarily using one style notebook to using another was enough to stuff me up in terms of spacing 😛 I don’t think I’d handle multiple different journals at the same time well 🥲

    • @ButterFlYnez
      @ButterFlYnez Před 3 lety

      @@JashiiCorrin yeah it's not great, thankfully only have 2 (collections and day to day) but notebook therapy has this annoying habit of having all their B5 notebooks with different box-counts. Currently working in 31x45 and 32x46 and since my day to day is almost full I get to work on slowly setting up my next which is 31x46 🤦🏽‍♀️ am probably going to switch to a different brand because of this cause I hate setting up a grid-count for every notebook 🙈
