A few day ago, I had a dream that after the All-Star break, the Dodgers would have an incredible winning streak up to the best winning percentage in the MLB, and then all the injured would come back and win the World Series. So far, it's been spot on.

Roberts made some good moves batting Lux 5th and taking out Paxton at the right time. I was a little worried when Yarborough came in but he got the job done. Still, I was hoping Hudson would start the ninth the way Phillips has been pitching. I think Roberts brought in Phillips because they had a 6 run lead.
Finally saw the ball Ohtani hit to the moon. It went out of the park just left of the Daiso sign.
Reports say he hit the ball so hard that it will make the Dodgers choke in October again.

Durran is crazy hit rn, he was easily the best player this series from both teams offensively. Crazy how one player can play so well and your team can still get swept but that's what can happen when your whole team doesnt bring their A game against the highest paid roster in the MLB

@@PennyFitzgeraldFanWell the red sox like the royals were both written off before the season started with questions about their rotation but both teams have done better than expected pitching wise. Royals going from 56-106 to probably an 85-90 win team in 1 season’s time is pretty impressive you gotta admit.

Dodgers would've had a less stressful 9th inning had Roberts placed Outman in CF as a defensive replacement (he definitely would've had that shallow flyball that Pages was a step slow on for that crucial 1st out). That said, sweep makes up for losing 2 of 3 to a non-contending Tigers club to close out the 1st half of this season. STILL need Skubal and a legit closer (NOT Jansen, lol) before I'm fully convinced Dodgers are thoroughly "all in" for another WS title this year. Otherwise, just sit back and enjoy 'Sho-Time' as compensation instead!

I just looked up all time single season hr for Dodgers thinking maybe someone hit 50 but Shawn Green holds the record with 49. The Dodgers single season record for strikeouts is held by James Outman; last year with 181. Chris Taylor holds 2nd, 5th and 6th place. That's going back to 1884.
