Went through this. Had 8 1/2 feet of water basement and first floor. Took months to get fixed due to lack of help supplies etc. most of my area was under water. 😢

It would seem more cost effective to use a shop vacuum to pick up the flood water and mud. Save time and man power. But honestly, I like how they work as a team. It really beautiful.

So what about the water damage line thats about 3 ft up on all the walls. Sure there's mold. So not safe for anyone to live there.
Maybe you don't know, in these house are concrete and brick house, they don't use dry wall. Also, they have all tiled floors, no need to replace floor.
Nice clean up job - but that property needs more than cleaning. All wood work is garbage, all the floor tiles have to come out, all of the walls need to been removed otherwise that is going to turn into a mould fest.
It probably will get one, the cleaning had to be done first so they could assess the extent of the damage that needs repairing.
