After the 1st light (green) do you wash the cleanser off with water when done using the light? Also do you wipe the device after each light? Or just when you are done with all 3 lights? Thank you so much for your video!!!
Yes, you wash the cleanser off your face with water, but do not put the tool under water. Use a wipe or wet cloth. Yes I like to wipe the tool after each setting light. Your welcome happy to help!!! 😊
What kind of products do you recommend to use with this?
Creams or face oil works best.The booklet tells you to stay away from products that have a water base as the first ingredient.

I've heard good results from this product after using it for 3 to 6 months or so. I've
only had it for a little while. So I can't say but in order to get the results you want it's important to stay consistent. I do find after using it that my skin does look firm and lifted.

What type of cream we should put on our face before using the machine ???
It depends on what mode you want to use first.
Can we use it everyday ?? I am 43 so can it lift up droopy eyelids?
You can use each mode everyday once a day. But not advisable for people who have allergic skin to use this product everyday , but only once a week.
Can i use aloe vera gel ?
No. nothing that has water or aqua as ingredients .
I’m mostly loving mine but on my first try, when I got to the red light , it just zapped me hard on my forehead..painfully😅. I tried putting more lotion on but it just wouldn’t do it. Fine all over my face and neck, just my forehead got zapped. Couldn’t use the red light there at all. Any ideas?
I'm 😞 sorry to hear that. Try using face oil when using the red light.

I do. Unless you only like one specific mode and you just use whatever product for that mode. Like I've heard some people just do the red light. Again, I would say it depends on what you are trying to achieve.
