I think I rocked Patience and Time for most of my D1 PvPing. Totally unrelated. But, the talk of Knuckle head reminded me of how P&T kept your radar up when ADS. I mainly used it because of its aesthetic. But still, having your radar up was a nice bonus.

The disorient is super nice and the fact that it does damage to mark them is really handy for helping prepare for gunfights. Itâs got a decent radius. Has helped me secure many rounds in trials.

My GJ build: MIDA multi tool MIDA mini tool or CALUS mini tool The other half (Eager edge) Build needs: HIGH AF MOBILITY (need dodge) VANISHING STEP How to use the build to best advantages: Use the Multi when you are picking off enemies from a distance Whip out the Mini when things get too close for comfort Don't camp in one spot, use that mobility and vanishing step for some shenanigans, you can choose the fights, fast and up-close trickery or long ranged tomfoolery.
Ophida spathe gives two knives per charge if you use anything that scorches adding ember of singing fragment will allow you to dodge faster if you then use acrobatic dodge and ember of benevolence fragment youl get those knives and your grenades to recharge faster if you dodge onto teammates and if you have knock em down throwing knive final blows will refund your melee if your radiant which acrobats dodge will make you then if you equip fragment of solace youl be radiant longer for a bigger window of opportunity I also use ember of combustion and gunpowder gamble to help further spread scorch around its always good in pve but I haven't tested it in pvp
i love calibans hand for basically every activity, i have a build centered entirely around ignitions and explosions. pairing it with ticuus is also pretty good but sunshot works as well
Me and my friends found out how powerful stacking Broodweavers threadling count with Weavewalkers is this last weekend. It's surprisingly difficult to shoot 11 threadlings charging at you while you're being pressured. Most people can't handle it and either die weakened and unraveled in the gunfight or to the threadlings themselves.
Bombadiers are also surprisingly good, specifically on arc since the dodge will also give you increased melee lunge distance (comparable to synthoceps) for like 7-8 seconds. Pair it flash bang grenades and disorienting blow and itâs very dangerous in close quarters. Wouldnât use on long range maps like widows court and eternity though
After maining ahamkaras spine since d1, and pairing it with the fighting lion since d2 alpha, it's really nice for getting rid of shotgun campers or people that like to sit back way much, it's great for people that push as the tripmine forces them not to push where you don't want them to
Mechaneerâs Tricksleeves + Travelerâs Chosen + All the mods in the world. I may or may not do this purely because it itâs hilarious to see a gun move so quickly and smoothly, but also because watching the funny number on my kill tracker go up is beautiful.
Personally, i used ominoculous to go flawless in trials, the damage reduction saved me so many times, and i made some pretty cool plays making our whole team invisible and hard rushing
One of my favorite builds is just arc hunter with lethal current+worm husk+spark of feedback which if done right and bungos spaghet code works it can one shot
The best part about YAS is it played so well into the area denial/trapper gameplay that pairs best with Hunter. But since itâs nerf itâs truly killed the identity of the Hunter.

Just put on the bow gauntlets on hunter so you can hold a bow indefinitely and use le monarque with a quickdraw, opening shot rose hc (the le monarque perk also stays active when you keep holding the bow with the gauntlets)
RIP Frostbolt đ I got an amazing roll on Gemini Jester recently and decided why not try it out? I was surprised at how effective it was, definitely a new favorite pvp exotic, I normally never take off the Tricksleeves
My four favorite pvp exotics are arthrys's, bakris, foe tracer, and young ahamkara. I can't be convinced that they aren't amazing exotics when used properly, even foe tracer with how many times I've won duals because I knew where they were and shot first.
@@Cobalt20 nah 100% ability uptime is not exactly okay for the game and itâs a big outlier, they nerfed all the other ability regen exotics with the 30th Anniversary and skipped that one over. imo, bringing it back down to the level of the rest of the game is much needed

Thatâs the only explanation to me, as to why it hasnât been nerfed yet, because Bungie nerfs and buffs the sandbox based on usage rates more than any other metric.

I was reloading after killing with ikelos when I was only a couple bullets short of a full mag because of the intrinsic trait where it reloads after breaking a combatants shield. As soon as I stopped reloading I started winning a lot of 1v2. If your using ikelos stop reloading

Hot take - here me out - who thinks the ikelos is a problem? I donât. Itâs accessible to the entire PvE and PvP community. Adept immortal however is not and before immortal released I donât think there were that many players running ikelos. I could be wrong but I donât think I am

I still think the priming aspect and the increased regen is pretty handy.
The ignitions are just a handy surprise every once in a while
The reason scorch cant kill is because if they could, the already powerful YAS would be able to one shot you at full health.

Immortal/Cloudstrike seemed to me the dominant meta at the time and so the exotics I chose were focused on outsmarting instead of head to head engagement as much. đ
If the Ahamkara Tripmine only does 160, then how do I get one hit killed by it all of the time? Is there a way they increase the damage of it?

Hot take - here me out - who thinks the ikelos is a problem? I donât. Itâs accessible to the entire PvE and PvP community. Adept immortal however is not and before immortal released I donât think there were that many players running ikelos. I could be wrong but I donât think I am
