All you need now is a parabolic mirror behind the evacuated heat tubes to magnify the heat collected, use oil instead of water to collect higher temperatures than 100 degrees C, then collect the heat in a well insulated sand battery to use as central heating 😉

the heat that should be used for boiling the alcohol inside will be lost to the wind or air surrounding. that affects the performance.
