This is why Laurent is what I consider a TRUE dancer. He is not concerned about whether what he is doing is real "hip-hop" or not. He isn't about following set constraints on what his dancing "should" be. He feels the music and he makes you feel it through his movements and passion. His dancing touches people. That is what makes him great.
Lau doesn't just dance to music, He interprets it. He can dance to any kind of music even if it's the most boring song. He's such a talented guy that even haters can't resist watching lol.

No one won or lost. Lau wasn't competing, Larry was. After one of Larry's battles Lau asked if anyone wanted to battle him (because he was feeling it, not sure why he didn't compete though) OutRage said okay. It was an exibition. They were dancing for fun.

Man this was an awesome battle. What's best about it is I wouldn't even call this a battle since they were both showing so much support for each other and they both danced super strong. Especially Lau's last round! Wow!

Thanks for helping clarify this. That was very nice of Outrage to battle Lau. I could hear a lot of people willing to battle him when he asked but good think he got someone that was talented to give a good show. I could tell Outrage was very happy to be there though, I am guessing he is a fan of Les Twins too :-) Very cool.

this is STILL by far one of my favorites of lau
lol that was funny because Lau almost got in to a fight there, and the DJ gave Lau a beat thats sucks if you dance hip-hop (not saying the song wasn't good) but when Lau went with it he fvcking killed it, one of my favourite performance of him without doubt, its very hard to make the dance look good and to fit in with that kind of music, especially if its hip-hop dance. Not many people can make it look good but Lau killed it, this shit happens only in movies
I think they chose their music because I've seen him dance to the songs he's done before. The second song seems to get people off guard which I think works in his favor during a battle because he still kills it as if it was a hip hop song.
Laurent definitely chose the song.

All styles doesn't mean strictly popping, I enjoy popping and respect that as much as any dancer would, however, it's about showing versatility as the title suggests. Laurents storytelling capabilities are too real. I love how the twins have such theatrics in their style, and they constantly pushing boundaries. -Respect from New Zealand

No laurent was indeed battling. Just towards the end, the battle was being shut down due to time. So they ended up speeding through all the battles. I guess they didnt realize laurent was still in the competition but had nobody left to compete with since it was uneven amount of people left. So after larry won, they just said both twins were granted the right to win the trip to new york to battle.
