An ancient ethnic group long persecuted for their faith, Yazidis have found a safehaven in the ex-Soviet Caucasus country, where they have a community of around 35,000, and are able to freely practice their religion.

@@alhamdleallah there is no day of judgment.... God is not forcefull Or dictatorial.... Remember polytheism vanished 5300 yrs ago then dark age or kalyuga started.... We take birth after birth in various life forms according to our past lives good and bad deeds and we make our own faith... How can u be forever in heaven or hell when u live for limited time on earth?? What about other animals... Soul is eternal part of God, this body and mind is not our soul, the ghost we see is our mind and deeds made of air and fire the other elements which made our body is gone...
Open your eyes from fear of hell or greed of heaven... Free your mind from greed, lust, anger, hatred, fear, sorrow and then you can cross ocean if births and find God..
This universe is world of constant change, nothing is permanent here... U came alone will spend temporary time in heaven or hell based on your deeds on earth and reborn untill u get salvation...

I am catholic christian and I am learning about religions and I think Yazidis have found a place in Armenia which is a christian country, I feel so sad because of the persecution of the members of the Yazidi community in their own country by muslims, I pray for the peace, I can't forget all the sad news that I heard also about Christians that were persecuted during the islamic state and also other Christians communities that are pushing to leave the Middle east because they can't have peace just because they are Christians, the same here, I know that Yazidis respect and love Jesus and also they love God and the seven angels, I think the Main Angel is Michael or Gabriel like in Christianity .. all my prayers for the end of persecutio in Middle east and hopefully one day we can see as brothers and sisters from different religions but one thing common is love and understanding. Amen.. BTW that temple looks like an Amernian church from those that were abandoned in Ararat.

It’s a shame that the world’s largest Êzidî temple has to be built in Armenia and not in Kurdistan. I wish our Kurdish government would do more for them considering what they’ve been through at the hands of ISIS, but so far it seems that the international community cares more about them than us actual Kurds, which is super sad
