10:31 this throw was actually closer than you realize, I think. You need to throw it to one side of the bucket hitting the inside wall of the bucket which should make it either roll down the inside wall of the bucket or bounce off to the opposite side of the bucket, losing power and then again roll down the side wall of the basket. Hopefully that makes sense.
I still remember you walking up at the game 11:34 behind me when I was there and surprising me. That completely made that whole trip way better. Thank y’all for all the fun memories that y’all have brought to so many ❤ Then speed of light lol. I’ll try and not jump to your side next time
That game with three wheels. There used to be one very similar at an arcade in Niagara Falls Canada that I'd play. The first two wheels had a wedge that said "next". And if you hit it, it would go up to the next wheel. Third wheel had a "bonus" wedge. I was really good at the game. I almost always got it to the third level. But rarely ever tried for the bonus wedge as it was the skinniest wedge. I'd usually go for the "30" wedge. Game only cost one token to play. So I'd rack up tons of tickets. Almost always emptying the tickets from the machine. Lol!! (This place still dispenses physical tickets) Was disappointed when they took that game away
I used to go there all the time when I was out there in Las Vegas back in 2011. I mostly played Marvel vs. Capcom 2 at that arcade but other than that -- I played the claw machines and won a bunch of stuff.
That's a huge arcade and you guys did awesome. Pretty impressive that Angel beat Crystal one handed at speed of light! I can't play that game for anything. it's the T-Rex arms issue. :D The giant stuffed Reptar was, by far, the best prize there!

I love that they have so many Squishmallows. It shows that they’re following what’s hot. I wish Dave & busters would get with that program. Mine has some but they’re the giant ones. It’s better to have all the size options.
It's cool they still have the Animal House cranes. Even spotted a Treasure Chest claw in the background. Not sure if they still have walls of Rainbow Cranes like they used to back in the day.
I would have got reptar too. I love the rugrats. Around Christmas i found a rugrats Christmas shirt and it was in kids section so i got it for my kids and it wind up being an adults. I wore that shirt so much.

Great prize! Loved Rugrats and Reptar I'd love to have but again, Europe doesn't get the fun stuff. I once bought a figurine on ebay. Reptar there wore some orange shorts with stars on it.
I can understand it looks like Midway is near closing hours, but it looks.... dead. 😟 Last time I was at Midway was late 90s and I can still remember it being so packed that you could hardly walk without bumping into people.. Its kinda disheartening to see it so lifeless.
I was at this arcade last year - it is technically possible to profit, but when you factor in living in or near Vegas and transportation to and from, not really. I managed a pair of AirPods under cost - the throwing games pretty much made my entire run, but it took moving balls around to get a reasonable number in each DTC to be able to ring up any reasonable numbers. Bean Bag was definitely worth it though and was well stocked. ...compared to the D&B out near Vegas, which was a tech disaster...yet somehow still more worth it than Circus Circus from an AP perspective.

im sad what i knew growing up is not the same the food court is no longer mcdonlads the prize redemption spot is different instead of quarters for everything like even if we dont spend all our coins we can go use it on food or whatever now if we spend 25 bucks we have to be on card thats the cons but i get it covid caused everything to change and the shows on midway dont change same acts different people each day once a while they will sneak in 1 or 2 new acts but other then that it just not the same anymore how we have to pay to get in to swim now back then just have your hotel card swipe and your in

Yeah it does get that busy on peak hours. We always try to avoid those times, so recording is less of an issue.
