    This guy is a top grade attorney! He successfully litigated a ticket quota at LAPD for I think was 10 million for 9 motor-cops who were punished for not playing the quota game!

    This is great but most guys that can no longer do the job will rather ride off into the sunset then be a B word boy pushing paper for the rest if their career.
