Hi, you are doing a great job mama. But I wish you did your thumbnail the way @Stylebyreme does hers. Seeing the end products highlighted on the thumbnail actually draws people in giving them the confidence to follow the tutorial knowing very well they will reproduce something similar to what is highlighted on the thumbnail. Don't make the end product on the thumbnail so small to the extent that the viewers are forced to squint to see what it is they can reproduce. One of your greatest strengths is that you not only show us how to draft, how to sew the garment but also how the end product will look like. Not every sewing channel is able to this. So leverage this advantage by highlighting BOLDLY on the thumbnail your product vs the inspiration. Before going to the tutorial, show the audience the end product, once you are done with the tutorial take another 15 -30 seconds to show them your product. Don't tire. Do a lot of shorts on drafting or sewing including your end product again. Consistency is also important. Reme did this and within 3 years she has nearly half million subscribers.

I like that you have a unique background. Anyone sees that they alreadyknow it is your work. But the background is kind of busy and competes with the end product on the thumbnail. I donno how you are going to address this but for now make the dresses on the thumbnail bigger!

Hi, thank you so much for the feedback and encouragement.
I appreciate the suggestion about the thumbnails. The suggestion that can fit is a 16:4 ratio but I’ll research more on how to make the thumbnail more prominent.
It’s great to hear that the way I showcase the full process-from drafting to the final garment-is valuable. I’ll work on emphasizing that in the thumbnails and in the videos as well. Including more shorts on drafting or sewing with a clear view of the end product and I'll strive to be more consistent with this approach.
Thanks 🙏🏻 again for your input, and I’m excited to keep improving!
