Nice build, but you should never disconnect a battery and reconnect the leads to the car with the engine running, as there is a very high chance of wiping out the vehicle’s computer due to a surge from the alternator. I can’t stress that enough, as I’ve seen it happen many times in my 35-year career as a master automotive technician.
it was very nice work. you got direct output from the batteries to the car battery. If you connect a diode to prevent the battery from returning back, your li-ion batteries will not be damaged.
you do not have any knowlegde his config is 4s so fully charge it is 16.8 volt car charge at 14.5 volt so there is no current flow to the jumpstarter if he used a 3s config then u where right

отличное решение, 16+ вольт позволят не только завести авто, но и подзарядить аккумулятор. для совершенства устройства, можно еще добавить 2 выхода с регулируемым напряжением, я так зарялник сделал, преобразователь на 24v и понижающая плата, могу любое напряжение поставить, и любую силу тока, акуумуоятор лучше всего зарядается на 17v 1,0A, автоматические зарядники столько не дают, и батареи сультфатируются

La idea es buena, pero el amperaje es muy bajo para que encienda un auto. Con 6A no es suficiente. This well not work because 6 Amps is too low for a car with 55 A. A starter use over 60A for a car. Good idea but not work.

Seems like mission impossible. usually the car starter need >60A to crank the engine. ur crocodile contact surface is so small and the wire is so thin, probably not going to work.
아이디어는 좋은데 생각해야 될것 몇가지. 그냥 따라하면 곤란합니다. 직접 시동기를 만들어본 사람으로. 보통 자동차 시동때는 상당히 높은 A의 전류가 들어가므로 (1) 배터리 또한 보통 18650 쓰면 안되고 전동공구용 고방전제품을 써야함. 이를테면 SAMSUNG INR18650-20Q 같은것. (2) 니켈 용접, 출력단의 단자 모두 높은 전류를 견딜수 있게 두껍고 굵은 제품으로 사용하며 제대로 연결되어야 함. 위 (1) (2)를 지키지 않으면 시동때 힘이 부족해서 모터가 돌다 말다 하고, 이걸 장시간 반복하면 단자쪽 과열로 플라스틱 녹아내립니다. (3) 1000cc 이하 소형승용차라면 (1)을 안지켜도 되지만 차량이 크면 클수록 (1) (2)가 중요함. 특히 대형 디젤 SUV 같으면 더더욱. (4) 일단 만든 후 자기차에서 실험할 때, 한두번으로 시동이 안걸리면 미련두지 말고 포기. 순간방전률(CCA)이 부족하다는 뜻입니다. 추가하자면, 저런것 만드려면 보통 18650 말고 RC(무선조종비행기 등)용으로 사용하는 60C 100C 리튬폴리머를 사용하는게 바람직합니다.

May be a small petrol car that requires less CCA "might start" but I'm still not convinced as the C rating of 4S3P 18650 with each cell of 3Ah (if assumed) and 3C per cell in a row can produce a burst amperage of 27 amps tops.. seriously not possible to start a car with 27 amps crank as a 2.0 litre diesel car needs 850 amps crank and a similar 1.3 litre petrol version would need 350 to 400 amps .. so you see the difference.

BMS sekitar 50 ribu. Baterai 10-75rb per biji. Itu dan DC socket + fuse udh cukup buat starter Sisanya ditotal sekitar 50-100 ribu, tp hanya utk keperluan monitoring voltage dan ngecas hape

If you look closely the car never started in the first place . He just replaced the audio 😔. Check the RPM meter when he presses start button

@@pojiajaib maksudnya bagaimana ya mas?, mas pengen buat cuma untuk jump staternya aja? kalo cuma untuk jump starter aja mas ga perlu pasang sekring karena sekring disini fungsinya untuk mengamankan modul charger hp apabila ada arus besar. dan untuk dioda mas masih bisa pasang karena fungsi dioda disini untuk proteksi arus balik ketika mau cas.

BMS sekitar 50 ribu. Baterai 10-75rb per biji. Itu dan DC socket + fuse udh cukup buat starter
Sisanya ditotal sekitar 50-100 ribu, tp hanya utk keperluan monitoring voltage dan ngecas hape
