    Called customer service. Friendly agent advised changing order of batteries (keeping positive to positive and negative to negative). It worked. However today is just Day 1

    My unit keep

      Hello! To avoid unnecessary dispensing, we recommend to always be aware of the sensor area. Some motion, including light motions or shadows may accidentally activate the sensor. Try moving the dispenser to a new area on your counter for the sensor to not be in direct view of light sources. Please also be mindful of any guests or pets that may trigger the sensor unintentionally.       Hello! Priming a pump is the process of removing air from the pump and filling it with liquid. This is especially required when there is a first start up. Basically, it refers to the process to get your liquid pumping and dispensing!

    😢This devuce is simply faulty just bought mine brand new brand new batteries in correctly. Worked for barely one day. Now it doesn't work at all. Change batteries still does the same thing. I was so excited, now I'm so disappointed.
