1:15 is one of the greatest play ever seen: hand switch, then incredible backhand and last the windshield wiper. Absolutely stunning.
bro, windshield wiper is THE perfect name for that shot. I'm gonna use it for the rest of my life
LoL
I don't even know how that shot is physically possible ...
Windshield wiper
LoL ;-)
🔅
And look at another great shot at around
1:23 .. !!

When he switches hand, his stroke carries different characteristics of spin and speed. That’s why it confuses his opponents and causes them to mishandle..
nope, just good placement and against ma long it was a pretty dead ball instead of the usual high topspin.
@@ajtatosmano2 Pretty sure that's what Xinzhong meant. There was way less top spin in the ball, that's why Ma Long put it in the net, anticipating more kick than the ball actually delivered.
it is also sometimes efficient just because you get a longer reach, so you switch when anticipating that the opponent will take advantage of you being out of position, which increases your arsenal and makes it harder to outplay on position.
Absolutely agree with these folks. I can do this to a certain extent (not as well as the awesome TB !) as a right-hander who also coaches, and occasionally has to be able to demonstrate the 4 basic strokes to a young (left handed) beginner. It's a useful skill to have and wins me an extra 3 or 4 points a season in league matches, as the ball goes through a bit flatter than my regular strokes, as well as the general surprise element !
If your opponent switched hands, and you don't, you're screwed.
Ma Long: Oh no!Not again! Why its always me,Timo?
Лиан Жинкуну тоже неслабо так попало!
That smirk on Rosskopf's face after the point again Liang Jingkun. Priceless.
Like he already knew this going to happen 🔥
1:15 Nooo... Come on... WHAT?!!
Obviously Timo boll did it the best
🤣🤣🤣
they meant which edition of timo did it the best ..probably 😁
No way.. How could you.. ^_^
The fact there is a whole video with multiple shots in it shows how good he rlly is
Number 1 for sure! The speed of the reaction was out of this world
A real champion without a crown...thousand thumbs for sir Timo... awesome
He has a crown. He was once World Cup champion.
@@dadidadida123 twice I think
@@dadidadida123 And has also been world number one various times. Also worth mentioning, that he has played/plays and had a lot of success in the time of three generation of players from China. He is for sure one of the all time greats of the sport.
Not quite in the level of Ma Long and Zhang Jike, but on good days he has been a big thread to them.
He is the best hand-switcher in the game
One of his signature shots
He is one of most liked players of all time.
What a legend !
Switching hand skill should become a norm soon cause it is so effective in many situations .
I thought so but still Boll seems to be the only one capable of doing at at the highest levels. In 2023 he did it again several times mostly with success.
1:25
Great man
Boll, Falck, Long, Achanta one of the best players to ever ever play the game
Timo Boll: *uses hand switching to win*
Everyone watching: Excuse me wtf
Amazing Timo. 😮
The best part is he loved doing it against the best players🤣
Number 4 for sure
This guy lives in the same village like me and Im not recognizing him sometimes but his game is crazy.
where is the one against CCY from T2APAC
Do the Xu xin around the net edition
Number 4 was the best shot in my opinion :)
Тимо лучший
Фантастика и Лёвой и Правой могёт!!!
Goat
Is switching hands is allowed in the tournament?
Where is T2 vs Chuang Chin-Yuan?
right . i thought of finding that one here .That one is my second best after handswitching rally against liang
I don't think that is a ITTF tourney, thus they can't use it
@@cskillen1998 haan u r r8
Vs Liang
Master
What do you mean WHO did it best?
maybe LIAM PITCHFORD,XU XUN,Mizutani Jun Hand Switch ,is coming
@GU ZHAO YUAN (Student) feng yalan VS Ding ning did it
very highly respected for him. Perhaps in his past, Timo Boll had beaten Ma Long 1 or 2 match in the tournament. But Koki Niwa and Xu Xin are my favorite table tennis players ever.
My favorite got to be kenta matsudaira. A very promising player few years ago. His style and blocks just captivated me, although im a crappy blocker myself lol....
Wang Hao my favorite and I play the RVP like him, at my level.
Number 4 all the way
you didn't include the game against CCY
En Argentina todavía no se puede hacer tenis de mesa . Temen que el deporte masivo dispare contagios
I guess you missed somen)ome at least)
He did one (and won the point) in T2Diamond in 2018 i guess
I think Timos was best
Missing video of swapping hands Boll vs Mizutani 👨🏻💻🙂
“I am not left handed,” Dread Pirate Timo
good maç
_"Does physics apply to this guy?!"_
The T2 vs Chuang is the best ever
there is no table tennis player like Timo Ball
All shots of Timo Boll and asking us "Who did it best". Ok then- here is our answer. - " Quadri Aruna did it best and ITTF did it worst adding such a silly title"....
Ironically there was less spin on the last ball versus Liang Jinkun than Liang Jinkun anticipated. If there was more spin than he thought, it would have gone out on the other side of the table. Nevertheless very cool shot.
Nice, but you should show the opponents' reaction a bit more!
Number 4 against Liang Jing Kun
His opponents makes a mistake right after because of intimidation. Lol
Against Liang Jingkun1:18
who playing rn?
Ma Boll
I'm pretty sure Smile could do it
4
Yes, it is difficult in the game to change the working hand and play with a non-playing hand)))
Were T2?
#4
Melawan Liang JK yang terbaik tapi sayang Timo harus kalah 3-4
Timo and Jun Mizutani was born as right handed players, but in early years of their career their trainers learned them how to play left hand (as an advantage), so they can play both hands, now! Another example is Rafa Nadal ...and how good he is now!
I don't know where you got this information, but it's just wrong 😅
There is video footage of timo playing sort of his first points at the age of 4. He didn't even have a coach back then, he was playing in his parents basement. And guess what, he holds the racket with the left hand 🤷🏻♂️
0:30 repent sinner
When the shot is a clean winner it will instantly be more epic. The handswitch itself, I'd say #1 is better, but c'mon! #4 takes the cake for best point.
(Adam loosing his mind makes the point twice as good, remember that)
마롱 겁나 많이 당했네 ㅋㅋㅋ
U no wewd hhhhh
Interesting how many times he losed while trying change the hand
how many?
He does this when the ball is completely out of reach, so the point is virtually lost if he didn't switch hands - hence it's always beneficial
Fantastic 😍💋 💝💖♥️❤️
Need lovely 😍💋 💝💖❤️
