As a 44 yr old, the only two players I can recall in the past that have had this much hype for someone who hadn't played a single snap was Terrelle Pryor and Braxton Miller...maybe even Ted Ginn Jr (but thats because I got up early that Saturday morning to watch the Army All-American Bowl and saw him dominate) I'm not too sure how many casual fans got on the Teddy BallGame train that early...so yeah really it was just the 2 QB's.

I like the format. Going to the "tape" and listening to what the coach or, maybe in the future, players have said is a very good way to provide helpful context. And, no offense meant, but it also breaks up the time spent listening to you guys prattle on. Please find ways to continue this.
Ppl forget Trey played a ton his freshman year and had over a thousand yards

Dontre Wilson was massively hyped leading into his freshman year. Kind of a let down outside of a few gadget plays. Eventually a good slot WR but had trouble staying healthy. Too bad he wasn't in NIL Era he'd have made a good bit of money in college that the NFL never had any interest in paying an undersized often hurt slot WR.

I don't know, Birm. I think James Peoples could get close to 800 yards from scrimmage as the #3 RB. Can a true freshman WR do that? I'm not questioning the talent - just the lack of opportunities J.J. will have during blowouts.
Ohio State’s elite passing attack will take over again in 2025 with Sayin at QB and JJ, Graham, Tate, Innis, Thurman. It will be CJ level once again.

At this point NO ONE knows what Freshmen will play....OTHER than Jeremia. NO Michigan Men believe anything anyone says about Smith. Marvin said Smith will be better than he was as a Freshman
