I subscribed for bigg boss suresh thatha only .
It’s not proper Andhra parruppu podi. We add three dals Toor dal, Moong dal, and pottukadalai equal quantity . We use to dry roast each dal separately until golden brown. Garlic also dry roast equal quantity. Red chilli we use Guntur chilli 11 no’s & Kashmiri chilli 11 no’s. pepper 1 1/2 table spoon, jeera 2 table spoon, a bunch of curry leafs. note pepper is the replacement of garlic. If you add garlic don’t add pepper. And last roast bar asofitida in oil until it changes dark brown and add it to the mixture let it cool and then grind it. This is the Aunthetic Andhra paruppu podi. This the recepie used in hotel Bheemas also.
